All I'm saying is that the three most recognizable figures in basketball ever are probably MJ, Bron and Kobe. I'm not ranking them or anything; I'm just stating the obvious that EVERYONE knows those three. Two of them skipped college. I've never been a fan of this one and done rule. Like if a player is ready, a player is ready. Sure, you're going to get a few busts, but the whole point of the draft is that it's a gamble. If you don't want to take the risk, literally no one is making you do it.

    • @phillipbell4394

I still think College is a necessity for some players because not every top prospect has a LaVar Ball as a dad. College tends to help mature players mentally and physically as those coaches can have more of an impact on a young mans life, a more hands on approach to further shape the positives in their life while teaching them structure, responsibility, discipline and and in some cases being a father figure. People hated on LaVar because of his mouth, but his love and guidance for his sons put 2 of them in positions to excel in life, he did his job and now it's time for them to listen or not. Gelo, he fucked up in China and that's why I think he has a hard time getting success in the NBA when we all know he can ball (pun intended). He has a stigma now and that's hard to rub off. I honestly think LaVar created the JBA just for Melo to grow against older players without the pressures of College but to teach Melo actual pressures of life.

The National Collegiate Athletic Association has ordered a three-game suspension for each of the five college basketball players who were paid for their performances in the movie ''Hoosiers.''
Four of the five players were also asked to return the money they received for their work in the movie, and the five-member eligibility committee said it would review the fifth student's case in mid-December.
The students are Steve Hollar and Griff Mills of DePauw University; Jim Rayl Jr. of Indiana-Purdue in Fort Wayne, Ind.; Mike Ricks of Wabash College and Greg Eckstein of Rollins (Fla.) College.
They were declared ineligible by their schools because ''if you take pay for the sport in which you are participating, you are ineligible in that sport,'' said Steve Horton, an N.C.A.A. official in Mission, Kan. ''You can't use your athletic skill in a sport for pay.''

Maybe if the bulls fires at all cylinders they might reach the finals this year
Zach still only drops 30 max buc and demar are yet to play at their all star level as well
Zo is not your point getter but with surrounded by such unguardable players he would be a deadly player. we still haven't seen him playing in similar situation

Great video. LAVAR BALL changed the game. His JBA League wasn't very successful because the corporate folks made sure it failed and ran the narrative that he was crazy etc. but his idea to fight injustice especially for minorities led to major changes in college sports. Colleges n universities were treating players like slaves, many of them didn't have food to eat, etc. GOD BLESS LEVAR BALL N HIS FAMILY.

Truth is he did what we always SAY to do … Believe in yourself , work hard , don’t give up , and invest/bet on yourself .. HE GOT UP EVERYDAY AND DID IT THOUGH.. Got up everyday as a father and taught his boys to do it .. that alone gets ALL MY RESPECT ..I don’t care who you are IF YOU HATE ON THAT .. you are just lying to yourself
