How does one get involved with international home auctions?
Honestly, when you see one up for auction they want you to see it in person by the time the auction begins. No sight unseen bids. They typically want you to pay cash for them or have whatever financing you might need in place. You register with them that you will submit your bid and that's the gist!
Cheaper than most homes in canada atm. Its like half price! I will get two please😂
No kidding!! I have several friends who are real estate agents in Canada. Of course, it depends on where you are priced in Toronto are different than Saskatchewan.
