I JUST MADE A VIDEO TALKING ABOUT THE PIRATE SQUAD F4U CORSAIR! IT'S VERY GOOD :)
Edit: at 9:57, I state that the Aichi B7A Ryusei is the best converging torpedo plane (sakura torps), and then I proceed to show where you can get the Nakajima B6N Tenzan instead. Well, the Ryusei is the best for converging torpedoes, but it is only event exclusive, meaning that most people will not be able to get it. The next best thing for converging torpedoes is the Tenzan, which can be farmed, but is much worse. Overall, just stick to using a Barracuda and you'll be fine!

I think you should mention the gold swordfish in the data shop as it is a torp plane for battleship boss and apply slow effect to high evasion boss. As well as fairy albacore for Formidable.

Fighters -
The F4U Corsair Pirate Squadron is THE BEST fighter in the game. You can get it in the core shop now for 800 core.
Torpedo Bombers -
TBM Avenger from Microlayer Medley is now THE BEST torpedo bomber, above the Golden Barracuda.
Gold Swordfish in Core Data is very useful as well, slightly lower damage than a Gold Barracuda, but it provides a very good slow that is perfect for stages with DD bosses
Converging torpedo planes (Sakura torpedoes) are very useful against stationary bosses and PvP, up to personal preference for you to decide what to use.

Very nice Guide! Couldn't have said it better myself! tl;dr fighters: F4U corsair (or jolly roger) is best core data/event fighter, hellcat, and sea fang, and reppu are tied for 2nd. Torp bombers: TBM avenger from recent event is best, followed by barracuda for general use, and the ryuusei which is good for non moving bosses. Sword fish for fast moving bosses (equip on ark royal) For dive bombers: Helldiver best in most situations, all others are very niche, or just straight up bad. Don't spend core data on most planes from the shop. For aux: gold Steam catapult is best for Pve, while changing one slot for the aviation fuel is good for Pvp (nearly double plane HP and makes your planes hit the end of the screen faster, and thus less vulnerable to AA ships like Sandy).
Bonus note: Messerschmitt is best plane on carriers that heal you when activating skills like unicorn and shouhou retrofit. You can also go for pure spam with XF5F skyrocket (fastest launching plane in the game, but no dmg).

Apart from being the Gold Roomba farming area, 7-2 is also the coin/gold mines where 4 nodes appear, retreating when all 4 have been taken.

You can farm A7M Reppuu from War Archives "Visitors Dyed in Red" stage D-2 and Aichi B7A Ryuusei from D-3, and how about Vought F4U Corsair (VF-17 Squadron) isn't he a good fighter?

The F4U Corsair is another great Gold fighter that is up there with the top 3. Definitely use it if you have it, it has good stats + that extra AA ability that makes it even better.

I use the core shop fuel instead of double steam catapult. Extra speed and HP means more end of screen damage from the planes or in PvP their survivability is better.
Question? Do 3 starring a stage would work only once? And if it is do you just kill a few escort ship to spawn boss then ignore others and go for boss in your second attempt? Or you just 3 star it again for extra rewards (I don't know) in your next attempt. I'm really confused! I want to farm with less oil consumption, little time over and over again!

Hey got q, as of now in the core shop there is a F4U "Pirate" Squad fighter which I have heard is the "best" fighter in the game. If that's the case how much better it is compared to the other fighters?

So actually you can farm the A7M Reppü at war archives in the event Visitors dyed in red and you can get it von researches. And the added the F4U(VD-17"Pirate"Squad) tot the core shop and i highly recommend it to everyone to buy it.

It doesn't say it in the description, but acciliary equipment's unique effects usually don't stack.
for PvP/Bosses the swordfish is the best option for Formidable? Synergises well with her 2 skill?
For most cases, the Golden Barracuda will outperform the Gold Swordfish in most areas. You should be using the Gold Barracuda for general purposes.
Only if you have a specific goal in mind (like how I use the Golden Swordfish so I can slow down the 9-4 destroyer boss and Maya in 12-4), then the Golden Swordfish should be used.
For PvP, I would stick with the Barracuda due to its higher damage + kamikaze damage, and for bosses it depends on whether you need to slow them down.
If yes, use the Golden Swordfish. If no, use the Golden Barracuda.
I feel like the SBD Dauntless (McClusky Division) from the core shop is better to use on Enterprise purely for historical value, even then though it doesnt deal that much less damage than the SB2C

@@zeroroku2311 It has two 100 lb bombs instead of 2 500 lb bombs as well as 5% bonus to CVs so the damage difference is negligible.
Edit: it also helps you kill that dumb bitch Enterprise in pvp.
Is there anything you can say on the mclusky dive bomber or the Jolly Rogers (pirate squad) F4U corsairs

Maybe i've missed it but it seems like that you've don't mentionned Graf Zeppelin, is it better to use traditional meta planes or use the german ones ?
The purple Ju-87c dive bomber becomes pretty good with Graf Zeppelin, so you can exchange that with the purple Helldiver for the dive bomber slot.
I think barracuda is a good one

What equipment if I have Taihou on the team(Which is in "Tikho" Main fleet)? What plane is recommended for her?
As far as I know when carriers release fighter planes it is not considered as an airstrike so unicorns skill will not likely works. So far the planes that I know that proc skills are only dive bomber and torpedo bomber.
Fighters do their own mini airstrike when there are enemy planes approaching. It’s separate from a full airstrike.

Dont expand your dorm if you're low on oil or unless you have like 10~20k oils because the more ships you put in the more the the ships consume, so spend those gems on docks and gears inventory instead

Is it worth using German JU Divebombers and Messerschmitt fighter on Graf Zeppelin instead for the buff or do they still not compete with the SB2C/ do enough damage to be worth putting on a none-proc based carrier?
I would recommend running the JU Divebombers on Graf Zeppelin since they are very similar to the SB2C, and with the buff, they perform very well. (For every other carrier however, just stick with the SB2C)
For the Messerschmitt however, you would rather bring a Gold Reppuu/Hellcat/Seafang since they have bombs and deal much more damage.

Is it advisable to use the *Fairey Albacore* on Formidable since the said plane gets an 80% chance to inflict flooding thanks to Formidable's red skill.

Yes, you would definitely want to use just 1 Fairey Albacore on Formi. The plane itself is definitely not as good as a Gold Barracuda, but her red skill will make up for the damage.
Ander Plus Formi can equip either a fighter or a dive bomber in her first slot.
what happens if you oath a ship but allow there affinity reach zero (not that i would but i know somebody who would) would they hate you?

Instead of using helldivers for enty i using her signature battle of widway plane SBD dauntless(mcClusky division)well it might lost some dmg but i really happy of myself because i using her original planes.Btw how about btd-1 destroyer?is it good like helldivers or not?
The SBD Dauntless is a still a pretty solid plane, the extra damage to carriers is always nice.
The BTD-1 Destroyer is good too. However, even though it has better stats than the Helldiver, its two 2x1600lbs bombs tend to cluster compared to the Helldiver's 3 bombs that are more spread out. This means it will usually overkill a small area, which is great if both bombs hit a boss, but it may leave a couple of ships undamaged in some scenarios. They are both very good planes, just that the SB2C's more spread out bombs give more consistency in wiping enemies.
Hey ander what aux equipment is good for CVL?
Im a level 32 with full LB Essex level 73 oathed with F6F, SB2U, and a barracuda. Pretty satisfied.

So does AA increase fighter damage vs other planes? Or does AA only work for AA guns? Is the Golden Messerscmitt ever useful?
Based on my experience.
1. Imo AA doesn't increase fighter dmg it only increase AA guns mostly
2. Messerschmitt is useful mostly on w12-w13 aside from having fast rld it has a very good AA guns it's one of the best AA Fighter in the game along with F4U Pirate and Shiden kai since F4U skill doesn't stack it's good to use Messerschmitt as main fighter on other CV but that's if you really want to sacrifice your bombs for AA and AA is in w12-w13 mostly

You forgot that as strictly AA for fighters Messerschmitt, F4U Pirate, Shiden kai is the best of em all (add Shiden to the list cuz it's the lastest fighter in the game)
(only use it on w12-w13 or any event where AA hell exist)
(Messerschmitt can be your AA fighter since it has very good AA guns w. long range than F4U cuz skill don't stack so it can be good as AA main fighter along w. F4U as strictly AA if u want to sacrifice bombs for AA)

Is Enterprise a good carrier to use? I basically all of the best purple planes and I got my enterprise to lvl 75, I’m just wondering if is a good carrier compared to others.
Enterprise has been T0 since this games inception, id say if you have her she is your best CV for dealing damage.
Ok, so you got few things wrong:
-you forgot the actual best fighter - the vf 17 "pirate squadron" that comes from fw and was also just added to core data shop;
-converging doesnt mean homing (like the german magnetic torps) only it makes them focus on a single closest target and that makes sakura torps basically unusable unless youre using formidable (and even then you only have 1 slot to work with since she needs her plane to activate the red skill);
-generally on backliners in pve you should always pick dmg over defence since killing enemies before they can hurt you is way better than trying to stall them (which is impossible lategame and pointless elsewhere);
-illustrious is actually pretty bad in w13 since more than anything it requires high dps and not just aa and shes got extremely low surface dps.
Yeah, I realized I missed the VF-17 in the video, I'll talk about it very soon. I mentioned it in other comments on this video when people asked, and have already told people that it was a great fighter.
I just quickly wanted to mention the Sakura torpedoes, as they're different from the normal torpedo bombers, so my bad if I accidentally said something wrong. Later on I stated that it's still better off using a Golden Barracuda still in the video and also in the pinned comment.
I heavily agree with your point about the backliners in regards to doing more damage rather than stalling, which is why my top gear recommendations were all damage-boosting aux gears, with a quick mention of the repair toolkit on Ryuuhou.
I would argue Illustrious is still pretty decent in World 13, sure there are much better options, but her double fighters help out with survivability, as well as her skill too. She does have low DPS, but she does have the potential to be a good part of a mob fleet for Chapter 13.

@@justinemarkdajay7485 i like it on Ryuuhou because she isn't really meant for damage in the first place, and also because her health is kinda low compared to the other carriers used in W13. You could definitely replace it with a steam catapult if you don't find the repair toolkit to be doing much, mostly just personal preference.

Right now, the best place to XP grind would be the event stages B-3 or D-3 depending on what you can do.
I'm probably not going to make another account on Amagi, mostly because I'd rather focus my time on one account.

If you're talking about the Swordfish from core data, it's actually pretty good! The slow effect from it is very useful, so while it may not do as much damage as a Gold Barracuda, it is very good and you should definitely not dump them if you've already got them leveled up.

@@iliketurtles5180 Both are solid fighters. If you want a faster reload, go for the Reppuu. If you want more AA and Air Superiority, go for the Hellcat.

For light carriers, what about the TBM avenger ASW variant?
That plane is good for submarine SOS missions, but outside of that, it should not be used.

The PBY Catalina should only be used for USS Cooper, as her skill benefits from having it equipped.

I use the Gold Swordfish instead of a Gold Barracuda because I use Formi as more of a slow/time freeze support. Using the Gold Swordfish allows me to also get that nice slow, so combined with her "Don't Move an Inch!" that stops time, she is very good for slowing down the fast bosses that I use her for.

I initially assumed you were using the swordfish for synchronizing the air strikes.. like applying Dio's ZA WARUDO before letting Enty do her Lucky E strike for max contact dmg.

With that being said, I don't know if Ark Royal's slow from her skill can stack from the gold swordfish's slow, but if I were to guess, I'd say it would.
From a damage perspective you would be missing out on a little bit if you were to have the Gold Swordfish on compared to if you were to have a Gold Barracuda instead, and you would also have a slower reload in that aspect as well, but not by much.

you don't really need one, supports are nice but sometimes putting them in your fleet could make you miss out on a lot of damage

Useable but Douglas SBD Dauntless is a gold trap in my opinion for a few reasons. SBD stats-wise is the same as BTD-1 but falls even harder in realistic dmg output (which if you are aiming for 45 avi, then BTD-1 that is your go-to). However, the biggest issue with SBD is the bomb it carries. 1x 2000 and 2x 100. 2000 lb is GREAT, but those 2 100 will do significantly fewer damages than SB2C/BTD-1. T0 bomb doesn't receive special dmg modification in this game, so you essentially missing out on a lot of damages. Even with the 5% dmg buff, it doesn't make up for the loss of 2x 500lb bombs. Lastly, this is core-data exchange, while SB2C is farmable, so your opportunity cost is significantly higher. I mean unless you are vet player with too much core-data then sure go for it, but I would recommend spend core-data on collecting ships or exchange for the rainbow torp.

Depends on what you really like... German Fighters are pure AA Fighters but dont carry any bomb. They only recommend Those plane for the damage output they can deal on Planes and ships in PVP and PvE some CVs Got Torp and Dive Bombers to deal damage. Mosy of my CVs and CVL uses Corsairs/Hellcats/Seafang for extra damage but i do have T3 Gold ME109 for AA for W10 to W13

@@chuncherteow3050 The F4U Corsair is the best PURPLE plane, which is good when you don't have any gold planes yet.
Once you do get a GOLD Seafang, Hellcat, or Reppuu, they are upgrades and should be used instead of your F4U.

yes, the Purple F4U Corsair is in my opinion, the best purple fighter. Worse than the gold fighters, but is the best purple. That was a budget-friendly one for people that may not have access to the gold ones yet.

purple seafang and hellcat aren't too big of a difference, so it's not a big deal.
the F4F wildcat is a downgraded version of the F4U Corsair. it has the same guns as it, but the wildcat has no bombs, meaning you get no extra damage.

BTD technically has better stats, but its 2 bombs tend to cluster and can leave some ships untouched.
The Helldiver has 3 bombs that are more dispersed and provide much better coverage of the whole screen. Its consistency is why most players agree that it is better despite the lower stats.
