Thanks for your video. It's awesome. BTW, can I add conditional logic to the form fields? For example, if a user select a specific value out of choices, can some fields are disabled or hidden.?

why not use default environment?? this is where most of my data reside

An MS requirement rule but you shouldn't put your main production environment as your default env. Typically this is like the "junk drawer" for most organizations and should be used for Personal Productivity projects. - Brian
