As someone who's obsessed with anime power systems, Dre made me want to check of Tower of God, but I watched the anime and I didn't think it was that great... well, I thought 1st half was great but it felt less interesting in the 2nd half.

IMO, maybe one of the worst episodes put out but not because it's bad, but because they were all pretty much agreeing with each other lmao. It's top tier content for sure, but this is proof that they should be having another series bringing people on and just talking about series or ideas in more depth (especially their takes on series being butchered or done right and Mark's insight on having dealing with the process), because this was mad entertaining.

The part about Ussop not being as important to the crew as other members is part of his character, not saying he doesn't deserve better because he definitely does, but his issue with getting rid of the Merry was that he felt if they could ditch their ship so easily then they could ditch him too because he didn't feel useful. But that ties into Luffy's first time going gear 2nd where he says I want to be able to keep all of my friends even if they're not strong. Ussop does what he needs to do when he needs to do it, but I feel like it's been kind of made a point that Ussop's role in the crew isn't dependent on his strength.
and its definitely not, and Ussop knows that. Which is why that moment in Water 7 was to vital to his character development. Ussop knows his place amongst the crew, he knows what he's good at, and what he's bad at. He doesn't need to be strong physically to be a strong asset to the crew, everyone in the crew holds an important role whether people wanna acknowledge that or not 🤷♀

Nen on its own as a power system can literally explain every other anime power system. Kamehameha/getsuga? Emmisive type, Logia? Transmutation type, Haki? Enhancement type, and the list goes on. It's such an amazing power system

The ant scene was also symbolic of the old way in comparison to the new generation. You have to step on some ants to achieve a goal type thing. Gojo was showing you don't have to and there is always another way. That's why he was laughing hard af, he was listening to their conversation when the old heads was talking.
I love all the different meanings and portrayals of that one scene. During Hidden Inventory, Gojo couldn't have his limitless activated at all times, but when you go back to this scene, it could be showcasing that he now has it active at all times even when he's just chilling about. Also, the higher ups being squished like ants is my favourite of them all

JJK is actually amazing. The movie and S2 were masterpieces with the fights, story, and animating which is why it's so good and loved as new gen.
Probably the best back & forth to date. I really liked Drason. Never seen him before but the way he conveys his thoughts and pulls from the source material to get his point across...the brother was spittin. Plus Mark was right, Tony just fits in seamlessly with RDC. Wouldn't mind him pulling up more often.

Reverse cursed techniques are not only for healing its just the opposite of cursed techniques. Only problem is that it takes a lot of energy to use them and the skill to manipulate your energy. Cursed spirits dont use reverse techniques to heal themselves since they are made of negative energy where RCT are positive energy. Like Dre was saying, Reverse Cursed Technique is just the opposite of Cursed Technique. The example Gojo gives when he explains that it's like " multiplying two negatives equals a positive" can be understood easier by understanding that Cursed Energy is powered by "negative energy." So then what is Reversed Cursed Technique powered by? Positive Energy. Thats why ONE of the facets of using Reverse Cursed Technique is to self-heal or heal in general. But mainly Reverse Cursed Technique usual ends up being the opposite or the "Reverse" of your original Cursed Technique. Hence, "multiplying two negatives equals a positive." Gojo's Blue and Red have opposite effects and in nature are the opposite of each other. which is why they are two different techniques.
I think the best part about these types video is that even though there is a set question in the beginning, they always deviate to other topics. This might not be everybody's favorite thing, but for myself I like how natural the conversation feels and how engaging it is as well. All-in-all another great back and forth video. 👍🔥

We also learned that Muzan has finally found his demon that can conquer the sun and if he absorbs her he can conquer the sun and he no longer have to make demons which means Muzan is now going to HUNT NEZUKO DOWN so he will be fighting who to get to her? Yu Yu Hakusho is my all time favorite anime, and they should absolutely *NOT* reboot it. Rebooting HxH made sense because the original series cut off at Yorknew and they had a ton of new source material to adapt. The original YYH anime did their best it could and even landed its ending better than the manga since Togashi was burnt out writing the manga. It doesn’t get any better once you have the remastered blu rays of the YYH dub. It’s perfection. Kids today just need to give it a chance

Jujutsu Kaisen takes the elements of shonen and almost perfects it. The power system makes sense. The action in the show is unpredictable, and Gojo is just him.

in season 1 of tokyo ghoul arima and kaneki were supposed to fight but they didnt animate it and the second season was a nearly full filler arc and then they picked up in season 3 with haise already existing without the fight that made kaneki lose his memory and become haise so it was mad confusing for the anime only people so a lot of them dropped it then they tried to rush 128 chapters into 24 episodes its such a shame that we got disrespected like that
