QUICK & EASY CREAMY MUSHROOM PASTA FOR ULTIMATE INDULGENCE | Week-Day Comfort Food

Ingredients:
- 1 to 1.5 punnets of mushrooms, cut thick
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 500 to 600ml cream
- 1.25 stock cube + 0.3 cup of water
- 500g pasta of your choice, try and go for a pasta that will hold lots of sauce!
- 1.5 cups parmesan, grated
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
