Extremely great song....not only the "chanson" (sorry, French word for song, but not just that ;) ), but also the lyrics are great!!!
This wasn't the actual final performance at Eurovision which was even better than this, this was her performance at the French national final.

Switzerland came third, having won the Jury vote of the competition. His voice, and song, is truly incredible. Ethereal. Give it a look.

I saw a lot of French being disappointed bc she didn't won, I'm French and tbh the second place is really good!! For me, Italy really deserved the first place, and Barbara really deserved the second

Of course I would have loved to see her win but I acknowledge the fact we hadn't reached 2nd place in 30 years.
All the official Eurovision performances are posted in late May since the contest took place at that time. Anything before that are either live performances or music videos send in, but I think most Eurovision live performances are blocked outside of Europe.
