    SUMMARY
    - Coffee with sugar can turn you into a little genius for a while because the combination of caffeine and glucose activates certain sectors of your brain. The caffeine in coffee acts as a mild stimulant to the central nervous system. This neuronal activity triggers the release of the adrenaline, that will affect your body in several ways: your heartbeat increases, blood pressure rises, breathing tubes open up, sugar is released into the bloodstream for extra energy.
    - You might want to keep off the coffee if you are going to have a blood pressure test within the next 2 days. If you have high blood pressure, ask your doctor whether you should limit or stop drinking caffeinated beverages.
    - Coffee is known for its energy-boosting caffeine effect -- is an abundant source of nutrients and healthful chemicals that can aid your immune system. According to scientists from several countries, coffee reduces the risk of premature death. This is because coffee alters your immune system, making it stronger and healthier.
    - The caffeine can cure headaches and migraines. People are aware that caffeine is found in coffee, tea, soft drinks and chocolate, but may not know that caffeine is also contained in a variety of over the counter medications. That’s why it’s an ingredient in a lot of traditional pain relievers.
    - Coffee acts well as an anti-stress substance due to the release of dopamine and serotonin, which "trigger" a good mood. One cup, or even just the smell of coffee, can calm your nerves. This could explain a lower risk of depression among coffee drinkers.
    - Coffee can positively affect mood, enhance alertness, and memory abilities. The stimulators and neuro-mediators obtained from coffee not only boost your mood and productivity but also improve your memory. Of course, this only works with your short-term memory.
    - Coffee can keep off and help you lose excess weight. It can temporarily suppress your appetite and may stimulate minimal calorie burning. When the level of the hormone leptin is low, your body starts storing fat, and you gain weight. Coffee, however, increases the hormone levels in your body.
    BONUS
If you're looking for something sweet to pair your milk, this cocktail recipe is a must. It is deliciously smooth and refreshing and, if bottled, ready to take on the go.
    • Make your favorite coffee.
    • Let it cool off, then fill an ice cube tray with the coffee.
    • Place it in the freezer.

Now you make cup of coffee, then add a dark chocolate hot chocolate mix and stir. it makes a nice comforting drink. if you like Baileys Irish cream you can add a little to this and it tastes even better and relaxing at the end of a long day.

One has made 7,000 cups which is working well now that I replaced the O-rings and brew cup. The other has only made 1,500 and I cant get it to work, water (clean) comes out from inside the machine during the brewing cycle. I'd need to disassemble it and run it so I can see where the water is coming from, I'm sure it's just an O-ring or perhaps the boiler is clogged. Any suggestions?

Yes,wonderful message and the soundtrack that accompanied this video is itself an energy booster for sure!! Before the video was over I was up and dancing to the marvelous beats of the music!!! I know for sure that coffee, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach does wonder for healing of ones body and relieves pain. Its super too for the brain. I am 64 years young, so I should know!! But you have to differentiate coffee as medicine and as a recreational beverage. Coffee with milk is not very helpful especially immediately after consuming a meal. Coffee with non-diary creamer is better. and for a super-powerful and marvelous treat take it with raw sugar and real brown sugar .Thanks for the video!!1 Ehmm, by the way, can you tell me the title of the music you used in this video???

Watch the milk if you're lactose intolerant though, it could prove to be a very "stinky" situation. Besides, milk really isn't good for human consumption. Milk from a cow is actually meant for its calves, not humans. What people are unaware of or even think about is, women naturally produce their own milk during the lactation period during of pregnancy so why are they feeding cows milk to their babies? Better alternatives are; Almond, Cashew or Coconut milk. Stay away from cows milk!

    • @johnathank7583
      @johnathank7583 Před 6 lety

gfine2000 I think babies need the extra calories cow milk has that those other milks don't. And the milk is processed making it safe for human consumption. Ive read even some farmers in the country side drink the milk directly of the the cow, i personally find that gross but thats what they do and nothing happens to them.

From what I understand infants are unable to digest certain foods like soy, almonds etc. I would do a lot of research before giving my child Almonds, cashews, or coconut milk. Which is not natural for a human either. Cow's milk poses all kinds of problems, but your ancestors were probably more likely to have access to it, as opposed to the plant based milks which pose their own set of problems for digestion and absorption.
