INGREDIENTS:
- approx. 300 grams frozen or fresh spinach
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ stem of leek garlic
- 2 to 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 chopped red pepper
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- nutmeg to your liking
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese grated to your liking
- 120 gr. of the pasta you have at home (approx. 60 gr. per person)
- chopped almonds the amount you want (you can also use walnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds)
