    I think its in a bubble.. Soon all the construction would take all the resources like water and greenery and the traffic would become unbearable and its going to be in trouble like Bangalore

    Just to reiterate your car loan rate , I took personal loan at the rate of 22.5 Percent from standard charted bank to buy my first house because property was transferrable after some time

    Even remote outskirts of Mumbai with poor infrastructure are not available for Dwarka Expressway rates of about 20000/ sq ft. Educated buyers should hurry up and not keep analysing.

    All unethical practices are followed by almost all builders

    Ab kya aur grow karwaoge....pehle hi crores ko meaningless bana dia....kya ab arabon ka karwaoge...2 bhk gugrugram 1 arab....20 crore downpayment, 80 crore loan...emi 80 lacs..lekin salary 2 crore per month....lagta hai...agle 6 months mein ho jayega
