Great speech! Keeping it legal to sell ever-more-powerful slaughterbots globally is such a dumb idea that most nations are discussing a legally binding treaty in Vienna today, outside of the moribund UN CCW process.

Not really sure what you're after/seeking. A.I.R. ( Artificially intelligent robotics) in warfare are here and will continue to grow. Though most if not all have humans in the kill chain. A.I. that learns war from all the human knowledge on the internet. Google alpha amalgam playing wargames over and over. Bipedal robotics and drones and autonomous vehicles and tanks. Threat detection systems, facial recognition, shot tracking, A.I. hacking and code writing. Generative A.I. making new types of weapons. Warefare evolves. You can't stop progress!
