Phoenix has some brutally hot summers. Sedona and northern Arizona is a great escape from the heat during the summer time. The sunset point rest area is very scenic. Good it was not busy so you can enjoy the quiet nature zone. The landscape changes dramatically when you enter the Sedona areas. I went there in late 2020 during the pandemic times. I hope you enjoyed your trip buddy. 🌵🌵👍👍
Sedona and the drive there was wonderful. We staryed at Harrah's Ak-Chin in Maricopa. The trip was amazing. Sadly our time in Sedona was limited and our first time visiting. Hope to return soon, only scratched the surface. Such a special place. Thank you for the support and kind words my friend 🌞
I´ve done such scenic drives in Az 35 years ago. Many friends in Germany said: "That´s stupid!" On this perfect video you can see, it´s not!
Much more beautiful than your would imagine. Thanks for sharing! 🌞
The scenery on this drive looks stunning. We always enjoy watching your channel. Keep on keeping on my friend *_! Peace_*
Thank you my friend, so glad you enjoyed it! This was a beautiful drive, once we arrived in Sedona it was mid blowingly beautiful 🌞
Love those wide open, flat (and at times, more barren) vistas...
Such a beautiful Drive, so different than Washington State where we live 🌞
@@SandtasticTravels I live in PA - WA might be an upgrade (visually) for me(!)...but I have my sights on the SW desert!...
우와 속도감 장난 아니네요 잘 봤습니다 하늘도 그림같네요
🌞
I feel the video does not due this drive justice. Go and experience it in person!!!
100% agree! Almost need a disclaimer at the beginning saying this. So much more amazing and beautiful in person. Thanks for taking the time to comment! 🌞
@SandtasticTravels thank you for sharing this. I'm planning on moving to Phoenix or Tucson when my contract is over where I live. Went on a road trip in Arizona Nevada and California last year and LOVED IT. Arizona being my favorite. I just love how you go from relatively flat desert in phoenix to huge canyons, to red rocks, then you get to flagstaff and it's all forested and snowing, all this within a 2ish hour drive. It's truly magical. I think the camera lens distorts the size of the mountains and distances though.
