This is part 1 of the Long tube header install. This will be a 2 part install as it is taking some time to complete. The long tube headers on the 2015+ S550 Mustang GT are notoriously hard to install, especially on jack stands. I am making it harder by doing it with no-name brand Ebay headers. Many mistakes have been made with more to come. Again I am not a mechanic and I do all this work in my garage on the weekends and after work. Hope you enjoy.

I'm excited to join you here before long!
Something is different, I understood this one way better . You can be very personable when you want to. Explaination is good!!
Thank you.
What do you need to do for E85? Just reposition the sensor or weld it a certain way?
You need the O2 to not be horizontal, should be up at an angle. I welded mine in the wrong position. Also not running E85 yet.
@@PinksGarage 45 degree fine?
@@aflores2526 yes
@@PinksGarageis it a problem if I place it horizontally or vertical as if it doesn't matter which one if im not going e 85 route?
@@johnnyboi6342 no doesn't matter
What spoiler is yhat on the silver one
the Steeda Functional Race Wing.
do i need a tune after long tube header install?
I don't think you do. It may help with adding power.
@@PinksGarage thank you!
You are very welcome.
How’s the Lund tune?
I like it. Has done well. It will be changing soon with a whipple install
@@PinksGarage I have another question? Did you use O2 extenders? If so how many and how long? Will be installing XForce headers next Monday they didn’t come with O2 extenders. Doing it at my buddy’s shop, he’s the mechanic I’ll be the gopher and bagger and tagged. Thanks
@@douglasbaker5949 I did have to use the extenders, I just bought the ones i found online at either Steeda or AmericanMuscle. Just need the one set. I didn't think they would be long enough but they were plenty long.
Where is part 2?
It has been delayed as I have not completed it yet. Work is keeping me busy.
Pinks Garage oh okay well let me make a quick suggestion and it will make the passenger side a little bit easier... remove studs and nuts on the stock manifold and buy bolts to replace them. When u get new one in stock studs make it nearly impossible get them back in on top.
@@gaming_misfits9304 that part is done. I just have to finish the mid pipe connections and film that. I ended up using the factory studs, just had to buy some new tools.
Pinks Garage oh ok haha it’s a big pain to use the old studs/nuts... Hard to get tools/hands in there.
