カキエで気になるのは「歩法」なんだよな。三戦の歩法がここで使われていないのがすごく気になる。その辺の指導ってあるのかな。カキエから型の技へ変化させる練習が組み込まれているのは途轍もなく重大な事なんだけど、そこに三戦の歩法の指導が入っているかどうかは重要な話だと思う。

In the history of Okinawa where this particular system of karate originated they used to have to fight invading Japanese samurai in some cases with only a farm tool or barehanded even this day is why they condition so hard there's no time to play games it's either serious life or death to training.
I really liked the technique at 9.10 where gedan barai was used on the back of the knee almost like a sweep. That was quite unique to me :)
Yes. Now I realized, that that move is in many Katas.
The older Japanese black belts in the video have very good technique.
This is where we see the big overlap with southern Chinese systems

les mains collantes c'est triste que cela ne sois pas comme en Chine ,cela aurait donné au style et surtout au pratiquant un travail sur l'interne et une mobilisation du chi sur le dantian plus importante .

No disrespect to the sensei but I used to see him in his younger days he was so athletic and dynamic and now he can barely walk. I've seen some elderly martial artist although they where elderly they were still able to move supple and fluidly that's my goal is to age if it all possible where I can still be supple and fluid and not be so affected and crippled by injury due to my training.
Dude he is 80. Looks pretty amazing to me.
