Sangean DT-210 is a great little Am/Fm Pocket radio. The reason the radio skips stations is because user has set it up or accidentally changed it to American steps. America uses 10khz steps. Most European countries including Australia use 9khz. This video shows you how to change steps from 10 to 9.f

If the sangean radio doesn't charge batteries please check if the switch is set to the correct position. If it is set to NMIH still don't charge it may be to do with a faulty adapter or faulty batteries.
