The way that landscape started coming alive right from the orange glaze was magical. A lot of people are waiting for your third part, so I do hope all is well with you, because you're a beautiful person, and hope nothing unseemly happened to prevent you from completing the series. Love always. 👍♥️

@Lloyd Robert Thank you so much for writing and for your kind comments! I am very sorry about the mix up! We had taped Part 3 the week after completing Part 2, but the local TV station who had asked me to do this teaching series has still not aired the third part and won't give us access to it. I want to reach out to everyone and am extremely sorry for the mix up! The local TV station who asked me to do this series has still not aired the third part and will not give us access to it. We did tape Part 3...the week after completing Part 2. We have been requesting, phoning, emailing but still no response. It is embarrassing and frustrating. I am feeling really badly for people who are following along and not able to access the final episode. So I have added to my point form notes that will hopefully take you through step by step and be useful for all of you. I have sent these individually to some of you but want to make sure everyone has a chance to see them. Especially now as so many of us are having to isolate, you may need a bit of time at your easel! I am not great at the 'techy' stuff and since the notes are too lengthy to include here I have added them to my website along with a photograph of the finished painting as it was at the end of Part 3. Just to reiterate what other comments said, it is a truly lovely painting and your teaching method is very good, - beautifully honed. To add to all that, your personality glows even warmer than the painting and altogether makes it a beautiful experience. Even if you don't have a video of the #3 sitting, I think you should post the finished painting on you tube, perhaps with a very short description of what was involved. What do you think? LOL, your opening statement show your total misinterpretation of the use of both grisaille, and glazes. All the same points apply to your demo as with the first I commented upon, you know very little about how the Master's employed the grisaille or the later stages of glazing. Not only is this an abomination compared with Master's paintings, but is a very bad technique archivally speaking as well. You explain in terms of "medium" but have no other explaination of what "medium" actually IS? Absurdly useless. I think it was said best by another commenter: "The Bob Ross version of grisaille?"
