    Huh, I did not know they found shocked quarts around the upheaval dome. That would be very, very strong evidence that it really was an impact. Though I have heard about the argument that it was a diapir, and thought that was compelling too. Perhaps it was a diapir that saw an impact, and that is why it looks like a diapir yet lacks salt, and has some shocked quartz around it.
    This was another great video.
