What was really interesting is the attack on the camera. I don't know what shape your cam housing has, but somehow the pike probably took the lures not just for any prey fish, but for real small pikes following a potential prey. That's a good feedback for these lures. What I loved seeing was the pikes opportunistic behavior. After the "prey" turned out to be inedible he just sneaked up on the small pikes. fantastic footage. Never thought pikes would follow a lure for such distance - there's still so much to learn..!
nice..now that explains it. Using a gopro? I saw a cam once that had a long, stickbait like black housing but I forgot the name.

I really enjoyed this one. You have great videos. It is interesting to see that bigger pikes didn't attack only bigger lure, and the small ones didn't just attack small lure.
The same pike hit the small lure 5 time's and the big lure twice amazing to watch. I love your channel hopefully I'll meet you out fishing one of these days. Till then keep the amazing videos coming thanks.

Couldn't find the exact same colour on westin-fishing.com. Fins are not red on any version of the mike the pike lure. :( I prefer the red fins one.
Would certainly buy the lure if I could get it with red fins.

I have this lure, and let me tell you first time using it I caught a nice pike with it, it's well worth the investment

@@46bektas i caught 3 pike so far and that's all you need really, but you have to let the pike eat it.
Saint Ke Yes but it works well with one treble. Too many hooks can make it harder to set the hook and also more likely to injure the fish.

Those pike's aren't very smart, aren't they :D They bit more than two times in the same lure which tastes realy hard and not fist-like, and it's not realistic that the lures are so strong that they can swim further if a pike attacks them XD
looks very innefective. A good eason to stick with spoons and proper treble hook
