nhunghien2000 yeah if they’re taller sweep single is good or ankle pick people if you have long arms, being lanky gives you lots of leverage.

Good vid but i cannot send my student wrestlers here to learn from you because of the swearing. Especially the females since you use the derogatory term "Bitch" to describe weakness. Clean it up and you will be more effective.
