Check that the turbo's vnt arm is fully up when the actuator is fully retracted. Also check the vnt arm stop screw is set right. It needs to be fully extended to the stop at 18in/hg of vacuum on a mityvac
Hello sir! I have this problem. All is original, never changed something.I verified the actuator. It is ok.Vacuum hoses are ok.Can you tell me who exactly makes this noise? Best regards!
Nurdian Pustiadi hi. This was a brand new turbo I had put on. The problem with this was that the vnt arm and the actuator were not set up correctly. If yours is the original turbo and has started doing this then I would look for problems with the N75 valve, split vacuum hoses, the vanes in the turbo stuck open with soot or the actuator diaphragm split. Hope this helps

thank you very much....
I'll have to check it out
May well be something else then. Check N75 valve, check vac pipes are OK, check actuator is OK with mityvac and finally check vnt arm is free moving
Was the piece that you see there? the bottle?
Is it a new turbo you have put on or the original?
