    So true, so true. Dealt with this for 20+ years as an EP. I can proudly say and surely all that worked with me would agree that I was one of the greenest docs. The first requests I would often get while walking into my shift, “please clean this place up”. Red docs need to be pulled from the departments and retrained to attain another gear.

    I am not at 10 mins of this and reconstituting toxic eggs with 2mls of bac stat H2O, its not emergency care however its good for your head ache, you insurers love you!

    I would add learning how to actually type on a keyboard. Most physicians are mostly typing with their index fingers and it is so slow. There are a bunch free courses online for that.

    Nice idea re communicate your plan, but many staff at many hospitals are so busy and don’t want to hear your plan. It is a problem nationally.
