      Yes, there are other wire wrappers that make really beautiful horse heads 😊 although, to clarify, this is my personal design and technique.

    Genius! Nice way to capture the cab. Thanks for the video. I’ve been making horse head pendants with chaos curls for almost ten years. But, try as I might, I always end up with curly manes.       18 square for the frame. 18 guage half round to hold it together. 22 guage for the mane. 28 guage to tack the hair down 😊

      I was buying from Rio Grande but since Im in Canada, the cost is $$$$ and shipping takes forever. Amazon.ca now has the wire I need for less $$ and prime shipping 😁

    Must have missed something…what is the point of folding a single strand? And how is it secured?

      My horses have single tendrils of hair to give it more definition. Its tacked down with 28g wire. Slipped through the back, slipped through the loop, and slipped through the back again (a bit like sewing it down).

      Yes! I got them off etsy - just search for copper charms and you will find a ton of stuff. I attach them behind the rose to hide the loop :)
