Bonnie, your time in the closet made me cry. I've been watching your family for years and watching Joel with you and the kids has shown me what real men look like. Love was always conditional when I was a kid. I had no good examples of men, a lot of mental and emotional abuse. I go into adulthood thinking that's what I deserve so I just repeat the cycle and choose partners who abuse me... I left a long term relationships 2 years ago because of the love the two of you have. Mine might not look like yours but I know now not to settle. ❤ y'all!

I know the feeling you had over finding those little cars. My oldest grandson (5) would put his various little toys,etc. around my house and after he’d go home, I’d find them in random places! I could just die right now thinking about it! Being a fairly new grandmother I’m reliving these feelings (his mom is my daughter) and she’d do something similar and oh my garsh I’m beside myself with emotions! You crying is adorable! As a suggestion, in the new house, Joel will have an office.... Place his car collection in a glass display so that everyone can see them. My hubby collects old vintage toy cars and when we moved into our house 3 years ago I ordered 2 glass display cabinets from Ikea. O what a joy! It is now a huge talking point for visitors and it has become hubby's pride and joy. 💕
The mac & cheese with sausage sounds good. Most of our neighbors and area makes it with tuna, then crush a few potato chips on top. So good! Have an amazing day. Good packing.

I used the pasta water and butter last night when I made Mac and cheese. I also like to use my frother to mix the cheese sauce so it’s nice and smooth and not gritty

Thanks Joel for holding onto your little Ford tractor. That means the world to me. You see my father worked for Ford Tractor and retired from the company many years ago. And now Ford was bought out by New Holland and my father is gone. So when Bonnie showed that to us it really touched me.

We use extra butter and only a splash of milk in our Mac n cheese to dissolve the powder. We also use tuna in ours sometimes.

Usually, after years of marriage, kids, a house, business and the daily struggles of life, couples forget what brought them together. Joel never let's YOU forget! That is a huge gift he gives you but also he is setting an example for your own kids! You show him each day as well, by being the amazing mother, wife, & business partner that you are.

Brown some ground beef and put it in your mac and cheese. And for Joel, add shredded cheddar cheese. Its gets sooooooo cheesy and stringy. Tuna is really good in mac& cheese too.

In my family, there’s a famous story that my dad was up elk hunting and the fuel pump went out in his truck. My grandpa heard goes to my dad and says “Go look behind the seat of my truck.” He had a full blown fuel pump just waiting to save the day. So I completely understand hanging onto everything 🤣 I have no doubt Joel will save the day with that bracelet.
