    I have got benefits after having nuts
    I was taking antidepressant medicine from 2 years but from from medicines I have got side effects including very very much memory loss, concentration power 0, fatigue and after that I stopped medication and started taking walnuts, almonds and flaxseed my memory and concentration power becomes very good and from oats I overcome from fatigue and from doing gym my stress level is in control and feeling all day relax

    Your videos are very good and I watch all of them. It is very good to see that you are aiming for a fit India.
    As per my understanding the videos you make on dieting and exercising are more inclined towards people working out for a very long period of time or are professionals, but most of the people who watch your videos like me are beginners and also have a very busy lifestyle. People like me cannot follow the diet and exercise plans strictly because of our lifestyle.
    I request you to make a plan for office going people, which should include tips for following the plan with flexibility and how to handle situations if we miss a proper meal and exercise routine.

    Can we eat the dry fruits as below:
    Morning:
    5 soaked almonds
    2 soaked figs
    2 soaked cashews
    Evening:
    2 dried apricots
    2 dates
    2 walnuts
    Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds a tea spoon each
    4 pistachios
    Please suggest if the above are too much to eat in a day... is it better to eat the evening mentioned ones before bed?? Or should I remove some of the dry fruits

    I am a big fan of yours... and stated watching your videos since last 2 months only, but i am following your 5x5 program and want gain some mussels. And again *thanks a lot* for making 5x5.
    Being vegetarian I am mainly depends upon nutrition from nuts. And having nuts 3 to 4 times a day but quantity is almost about two servings, is that wrong....??? Pls share your valuable comments.

    Mere ko nuts bahut pasand hai..... Kya hum kaala chana, badaam, akhrot, kaaju, kishmish, anjeer, chuhara, alsi (Flex Seeds), til, khubani (Apricot), Kharbuje kai beej (Cantaloupe Seeds), kaddu kai beez (Pumpkin Seeds), ko ek saath paani mai 6-7 hours tak bhigo kr ek saath mix krke kha sakte hai kya?
    Agar nehi to kon-kon se nuts hum ek saath le sakte hai?

    Learn about cholesterol . LDL or as we call low density lipoprotein isn't bad for body . Your body produces roughly 2000 mg of cholesterol everyday . So if cholesterol were bad why would your body produce it ???? . For a simplest idea LDL is a protein shuttle that helps in transport of different biological complexes including vitamin E , it helps in maintenance of cellular bodies membrane , helps in formation of steroid hormones etc etc . The main culprit for cardiovascular disease and arterial plaque or hardening of arteries high levels insulin not cholesterol .
