Sir I love you I have got benefits after having nuts I was taking antidepressant medicine from 2 years but from from medicines I have got side effects including very very much memory loss, concentration power 0, fatigue and after that I stopped medication and started taking walnuts, almonds and flaxseed my memory and concentration power becomes very good and from oats I overcome from fatigue and from doing gym my stress level is in control and feeling all day relax Sir u are god

I request you to make a plan for office going people, which should include tips for following the plan with flexibility and how to handle situations if we miss a proper meal and exercise routine. Can we eat the dry fruits as below: Morning: 5 soaked almonds 2 soaked figs 2 soaked cashews Evening: 2 dried apricots 2 dates 2 walnuts Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds a tea spoon each 4 pistachios Please suggest if the above are too much to eat in a day... is it better to eat the evening mentioned ones before bed??
