      He is working out of Quebec. Which means he is a bilingual FSS, working almost exclusively in French. If you watched this video because you were considering applying, please spare us and dont.

      No, dude. Practical.
      I wouldn't want an ATC pronouncing something in a way that the pilot of the airplane I'm sitting in could misunderstand.
