- Jameson Timba, leader of the CCC Faction believed to have the blessing of former leader Nelson Chamisa, has threatened to pull out the party's members of parliament, after the Speaker of Parliament Jacob Mudenda rejected the faction's proposal for the party's parlimentary portfolio committees in favour of the one proposed by Sengezo Tshabangu, the party's disputed interim Secretary General.

Can’t MP’s establish their own structure and ignore Tshabangu’s ZPF facilitated structures? They’re in parliament not bcs of Tshabangu but bcs of their voters. If they’re to have a leader, they shld be part of that process of identifying who their leader is. I believe they wld be more effective more effective doing what he is doing - to expose the misdeeds by this ZPF puppets. Timba is doing a good job as it is.
