- In today's video we give you an update on the viral story of the Jeep Cherokee that made the news in Illinois. The customer took it in 3 times to the dealer, each time Stellantis and Jeep said it was fixed and then this happened on this third time.
Let's discuss this in the comments. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
Tavares said that his company is a European car company, not a North American car company. He is just proving it.
It is a European car company, that’s why he doesn’t know how to market or provide products for American consumers!
It seems like the moment they called off that strike & had to pay those workers more money, the CEO has been destroying the company on purpose. Dirty greedy corporate bastards 😠😠😠
You realize you can't take that cross country trip...
Because you only have two new vehicles:
An EV & a Chrysler...... 😂
👍 THAT does sum it up - they don't care. Thanks TK
Have one good experience, tell one person, have one (or more) bad experience, tell a thousand... It's been like this for a long time, you would think that Stellantis would have heard this by now? 🤦♂
Stellantis appears to be a totally incompetent company!
Junk is junk no matter how you slice it. Thanks for being so informative and yes entertaining at the same time.
Lemon Law that dog and get your money back. Buy something else.
Nailed It; get all your money back, dealership should help you.
Just Empties Every Pocket
is Jeep’s
fix it again Tony
Corporation mind set, when surrounded by yes people it's hard to see a sinking ship!😎
I'm not surprised about anything about this company...Europeans have no clue about building good quality vehicles
But what about the parking stop in trans is it damaged from slam dunking park?
I'm sure glad I have my fleet of old cars. But I have to wonder why people just keep buying this new GARBAGE. I mean, at some point, it's on the buyer, if they were STUPID enough to buy something like this. And that applies to pretty much all new "vehicles", not just Stellantis. Stellantis may be one of the worst, but ALL new vehicles are fatally flawed, and surely by now, most people must know that. If you already have an older vehicle, for God's sake, fix it, rebuild it, do whatever it takes to keep it going. STOP BUYING THIS TRASH.
The troubles they've had with their new I6 engine aside I think Toyota still builds a good vehicle and Honda also. But yea the rest are pretty much garbage with Stellantis leading the way.
Totally agree with you on driving an older car especially if you like MOPARS. The old ones were good cars. Does anyone remember that for several years in the mid 1960s Chrysler products had a 50,000 mile warranty. They were good cars then.
I keep telling people, they will not cover our warranty issues on our existing stellantis vehicles. DON'T BUY ANY NEW MOPAR PRODUCTS it will most likely NOT BE COVERED BY WARRANTY!!!!
They CANT make it right. I bet they miss mechanical speedometers. Keep all your computerized electronic built to fail gizmos.
A happy customer will tell his friends, a unhappy customer will tell everyone he meets
Man I'd be climbing up the walls, especially at the prices they're charging for these new vehicles.
Wow, that still definitely needs to be recalled Wo
"Will most likely not" buy again??? Seriously?
Fix it again Tavares 😂😂😂😂
If I owned one of these things, I would attach my dash cam to the windshield with a suction-cup mount (down low, just above the steering wheel). Then my cell phone could record the dash cam's GPS speed as well as the car's instrument cluster speed whenever I drive. This would add to the "CZcams proof" of the problem (it would also stand up in court). If this wasn't so dangerous, it would be funny.
i am a jeep chrysler tech of many years. i had recent surgery that limits what i can do. i went back to work on limited duty. let me tell you what that new uaw contract has brought us. 1) 2023 jeep grand cherokee towed in no start. i inherit it. the first tech replaces the main and aux. batteries. still has no charge condition to the aux. battery. found a common fuse that 150 amp that blows when someone tries to jump start and reverses cables. change that. still have 13 modules with under voltage dtc's. long story short, had a missing 50 amp fuse from the factory. 2) new car prep gives me a car that ha a misfire code and runs rough. new car not yet delivered. found a coil with a open driver wire to pcm. 3) new car check engine light. low oil pressure. harness is buried where i would have to take right side of engine apart to find short. ran an overlay wire to replace the shorted wire. 4) new car prep, shifter is going crazy flashing on and off, buzzing, again long story short found 2 ground s at the right side of the transmission tunnel in the car not even connected! wires were tucked forward under the carpet. this is within 1 week.
It's not a lemon it's just really bad build quality. I learned my lesson.
How the hell can they call themselves "business people"? A 10 year old could grasp the fundamentals of running a company sucessfully. Pathetic behaviour!
A lot of overpaid executives who definitely cannot justify their paychecks!!
I have a 2023 Jeep Grans Cherokee L that has been in the shop in the first week of leasing it. We are now going on 60 days and still Jeep will not fix. 😢
Changing the instrument cluster is a parts cannon move. I work in the industry, changing an indicator (cluster)that shows wrong data is usually the last thing you do.
they don't care ,the tech just want s to flag hours
Warranty pays crap
I will never buy a new truck or suv ever. The quality sucks, overpriced, just junk on wheels. I will stick with older models such as a wrangler with the 4.0 in line 6 and a 5 speed stick shift
Just think; when Fiat first took over CDJR the Consumer reports reliability kept climbing to the point where they actually recommended the Charger/300/Challenger as decent quality. They actually stated the 300 was the best RWD based sedan available in the US for 40k. I have a 2012 300C Hemi with 178,000 trouble free miles. It’s very sad that Stellantis destroyed the brand.
The brand is dead to me now, don’t know what I’m going to buy but maybe another used 300.
A friend of mine in Canada has a brand new Grand Cherokee with a cluster light up like a Xmas tree…. No lemon laws here yet…. And I’m afraid she will be given the runaround!!
F.I.A.T.
Well, thanks for telling us so we'll avoid the Doge/Ram/Chrysler brand in the future.
This will take years to settle out.
So I'm set that there will not be a Dodge product in my stable, either.
How is this even a thing?
Fiat is the new LADA. They are CRAP.
Everything for profits lol
This dodge 24 Durango rt is this last American car I’m goin to get n I work for stellantis
I got it ! (His first name Tony?)
You bought a Mopar. SORRY not sorry for you.
Maybe thats the plan, so byd can scoop it up and bring in their crap cars
RIP mopar
Fix it again sounds like Fait
You’re thinking of a fiat, dale
I assume American cars are much more complicated than European cars while the European engineers can't fix or build a decent car
Do you see Mercedes or BMW outsourcing computers things to India and Firing USA staff
They'll never replace all the wiring harnesses that would take forever T.K, I do it on CRV's everyday, all that stuff goes in right after the body comes outta paint it'll create an absolute nightmare if they do, which they deserve, They'll just continue to lie to customers. I guarantee it.
