Santa fe sauce, 1/4 cup Mayo, 1/3 cup sour cream, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin , 1 tsp cayenne pepper, a good pinch of salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons lime juice, a good dash of your favorite hot sauce. Mix it altogether.

You only make 1" of ice in a 24 hour period at 0 degree roughly because lake water is not pure and clean like filtered water! So 1" for every 15 days below 32 degrees!
