Please Enjoy my version of Memphis Style Dry rub Baby backs. This Rub maske this Rib outstanding and you will want to try this out .
Rib RUB-
1 Cup- Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup- Paprika
1 Tablespoon- Smoked Paprika
2 Tablespoons - Salt (Corse sea salt)
1 Tablespoon - Lawry's Season Salt
1 TableSpoon - Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon - Cayenne Pepper (adjust for your taste )
1 Tablespoon - Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon - Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon - Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon - Celery Salt

I like a thin coat of sauce on mine. Just think it compliments the other flavors. Those look amazing, though. Definitely wouldn't turn those down.
