A qasida is celebrations of the event at "Ghadeer e-Khum".
Qasida Lyrics:
Jibraeel descends from the skies, we should all celebrate
At this place, Ghadeer-e-Khum*, an event I must narrate
Chorus:
Celebrate this joyous day Mortadha* has been crowned (2xs)

Celebrate this joyous day, Mortadha has been crowned
Our path was perfected, the message so profound

The last farewell to the house of Allah had been made
In the midst of the plains at an oasis a mimber laid (x2)
Oh Prophet, deliver what has been revealed from your Lord*
On this day we will show how Haider* should be adored

The time has come to depart from this world to the next
I leave behind two weighty things the first of which, the Holy Text (x2)
The second weight slept in the bed lion of Allah, Haroon of Mustafa*
"Whose Mawla, I am, Ali is his Mawla"

So similar, the heavens above, and the pond of Khum today
The angels were, told to prostrate, before Aadam to obey (x2)
And on this day, we were told, follow Ali, don't go astray
Follow Ali, to paradise, this is the righteous way

The sermon at Ghadeer, a message so sublime
The words "wali"* and "mawla"*, each stated fifteen times (x2)
The word "Imaam"*, mashallah, was stated twelve times
Obey Allah and Rasool* and those appointed on this day

The skies rejoice so beautiful looking down with such pride
The heavens have come to this place, Ghadeer-e-Khum to reside (x2)
For Ali, the commander of, the faithful is our guide
Some rejoiced, others wept and till today we hear their cries
*Ghadeer-e-Khum: An oasis where the Prophet (saws) delivered his final sermon and specified Imam Ali (as) as his successor
*Mortadha: A title of Imam Ali (as) meaning "Chosen"
*A quote from the Holy Quran 5:67
*Haidar: Title of Imam Ali (as) meaning "Lion"
*Mustafa: Title of the Holy Prophet (saws) meaning "The Chosen One"
*Wali: A title of a leader meaning "Custodian" "Protector" or "Helper"
*Mawla: A title of a leader meaning "Master"
*Imam: A title of a leader meaning "Guide"
*MashAllah: An Arabic expression meaning "As Allah willed"
*Rasool: Title of the Holy Prophet (saws) meaning "Messenger"
