- College basketball rosters are mostly set for the 2024-25 season, including the transfers. As things have settled, who has the best transfer class in each of the five power conferences (ACC, Big 12, Big East, Big Ten, SEC)? Which mid-major has the best transfer class? Does John Calipari have a better group of transfers at Arkansas than what Mark Pope has at Coach Cal’s previous school? Has Coach Bill Self put together a group for Kansas that will help him turn around what was his worst Big 12 conference record? Or will someone else in the Big 12 take that mantle - Kansas State, Baylor, Texas Tech perhaps?

Evan Miyakawa has Louisville, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Michigan, and USC as the top 5 Transfer Portal schools in his ratings this year.
You shouldn’t say two schools from the same conference when referring to the viewers to go check out these other locked on podcasts from Division 1 schools 🤷🏾♂️💯

And if you’re saying he started positionless basketball you are wrong, he’s had some of the best shooting bigs all time and none of them shot the 3 at Kentucky, he makes a system out of the players he had dude has ran pick and roll his whole career he just started zoom action and it was because his assistant
ARK will be mediocre. The incoming freshman, on paper, are not good shooters...certainly not the level that Dillingham and Sheppard were. The Big Z is skilled offensively, but not defensively. He can block shots but his footwork is slow and guys can drive right by him. John Welch, the assistant that spent one year at KY last season is the one responsible for the "random" offense that lit up the scoreboard...he's now at Fresno St. What does that mean? Cal will revert to his predictable dribble drive. They won't be a good defensive team other than Thiero. The biggest X factor is Calipari....he still can't coach "in game". He's outcoached all the time. He relies on trying to out talent everyone which is now moot with the Portal because that's creating even more parity.
