这条连衣裙80块。Liányīqún bāzhí kuài. This dress is 80RMB.

我爸爸天天穿我送的夹克. Can you please advise why 部 is not be used after reduplication of measure word 天天 in the sentence?

actually both ok
but 不 before 天天means not every day - sometimes or Occasionally.
不after 天天 means everyday not do something, usually we also put 都 in the sentence. 他天天都不学习。
