What is a stroke?

numbness or weakness in the arm, face, and leg, especially on one side of the body
trouble speaking or understanding others
slurred speech
confusion, disorientation, or lack of responsiveness

സ്ട്രോക് വന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ? എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന് ഹോസ്‌പിറ്റലിൽ എത്തി ചേരണം. ഫൈൻ. രെക്ഷ പെടാനും രെക്ഷ പെടാതിരിക്കാനും സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.
സ്ട്രോക് വരാതിരിക്കാൻ എന്തെങ്കിലും ഫസ്റ്റ് എയ്ഡ് ഉണ്ടോ?
ഉണ്ട് എന്നാണ് 15 വർഷം മുൻപ് severe സ്ട്രോക് വന്ന എന്റെ അനുഭവം.
മോഡേൺ മെഡിസിൻ റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ ബേസ്ഡ് ആണ്. സ്ട്രോക് വന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ (MRI) രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വരാൻ മിനിമം 3 മണിക്കൂർ എങ്കിലും വേണ്ടി വരും. അപ്പോഴേക്കും ക്ലൈമാക്സിൽ ആയി കഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കും.
അപ്പോഴാണ് ഫസ്റ്റ് എയ്ഡ് ന്റെ അറിവും ആവശ്യവും ഗുണവും.
ഫസ്റ്റ് എയ്ഡ് siptom ബേസ്ഡ് ആണ്. എത്രയും പെട്ടെന്ന്, കാല് മുതൽ വയറു ഭാഗം വരെ വെള്ളം ഒഴിക്കുക - കാലിൽ തുടങ്ങി, വയറു ഭാഗം ചുറ്റും... ഫ്രണ്ടും ബാക്കും എല്ലാം..15 മിനിറ്റ് സമയം. നോർമൽ വെള്ളം. കൂടുതൽ തണുപ്പോ ചൂട് വെള്ളമോ അല്ല... തുണി നനച്ച് വയറു ഭാഗത്തു വെക്കാം.... ഹൈഡ്രോതെറാപ്പി.
തലയിൽ ഉച്ചിയിൽ ഊതി കൊടുക്കുക. ആളുകൾ കൂടി നിൽക്കരുത്...ശുദ്ധവായു/യോഗ.
