What I like about John frusciante is his loose playing style, he goes by feeling not rules
This feeling is also conveyed in this solo despite not being written by him, amazing stuff

I already knew exactly what I was about to hear before playing once I read the title. I’m proud to say this was I believe the first RHCP song I figured out all by ear without using tabs or live videos for reference. Awesome track. Awesome solo. Awesome Omar. Awesome Frusch. Another interesting fact about this song! At the beggining, when Anthony starts singing, John changes pickups from bridge to neck, because it was “wrong”. Imo it gives the song more personality

That's not true, Frusciante only plays solos in some songs like Cicatriz, L'Via, but almost every guitar in Amputechture
