Airport lounge access is allowed after you spend 50k in a foreign country. Also i feel it's same like any normal bank debit card with international usage.
Does this debit card have any annual charges? I've read that if we deposit ₹1000 initially then annual charge is waived off. But will i get charged next year onwards?

You have to do the travel declaration in the app before travelling, and you can simply select the currency in the app and your amount will show up in that currency. Also, choose that country’s local currency while paying through your card at any shop or super market in the respective country
I have recently received dcb bank card niyo global still can i get free lounge access?? Or to get this facility we have to pay money right for example we have to spend some amount of money like 5000 on other things or we have to do shopping like that right
Don’t know about DCB but Equitas bank gives 4 lounge access in a year. We have to make first transaction to enable it.

Equitas niyo global atm charges 110 plus taxes per transaction DCB Niyo 300 plus taxes avoid SBM at all times.

yes it is working well. Get the Equitas debit card, it takes around a week to deliver

Thanks bro..I got my niyo global dcb Bank card..I m going to Vietnam in September.. I have sbi global debit card also... should I use it sbi card to withdraw money in overseas as it has withdrawal charges is only ₹101 + 3% GST and niyo global has ₹ 425+ 18% gst
I couldn’t use my Niyo Global card in Vietnam so i suggest you to not be dependent on the Niyo global completely. And yes, you can use SBI card to withdraw money as those charges are almost same for other cards

Yes you can, you can use it domestically as a regular debit card

Hi! Did you fill out any travel declaration in the Niyo app before traveling? In the declaration they are asking the start date for international transactions and below it they have written that Valid till 7 days from the start date, does this mean it will work internationally only for 7 days? Please let me know if you have any info about this.
Hey! It looks like it is just to let them know about country and travel dates, so that they can help users with seamless transactions. It will work regardless of the dates entered.
that probably is a security measure, so they can know that you are using it during that period, and not some hacker stealing your money from other countries. same goes for your bank also, if you suddenly go to other country and use banking features, they will block your account thinking may be its is some hacker, so if you tell them you are going somewhere so they wont block you.

It’s a forex card used for making payments while you’re abroad or in other countries. I am not aware if it can be used to buy crypto

I used this card at a hotel abroad and it asked for 6 digit pin but i had set 4 digit in India … so it didnt work with the card… Did u face anything like that?
No. I used the pin that i set up earlier. Most of the time i used it as tap and pay without pin.

This is a debit card but i think it should work you can also opt for Niyo credit card

I used Niyo Global’s Equitas debit card and it worked.
Apne TCS ke baare mein bola hi nehi ki har transaction pe 20% TCS deduct hota hai Niyo Global Debit cards pe.
Wo apna experience bataya hai...wo utna spend nahi kiya hoga ki tcs lage

Tcs I got refunded in 3 days this is for the visa fees I paid online.

They have tie up with 3 banks. They issue you multiple debit cards and a secured credit card by one of the bank(like sbm in my case). All the card have 0 forex markup & have lounge access now ig.

this was my first experience with lounge access on Equitas card. If you go with premium credit cards like SBI Vistara credit card, you get lounge access but you need to enquire at the customer support

when you swipe your card at stores or super markets or hotels no charges but heavy charges on ATM withdrawals
I think the question was about conversion rate and not convertion charges. Let's say we load amount in Indian Rupees and then when we swipe in Singapore say 1 SGD, then how much rupees is getting deducted. Some banks will take 64 INR for every SGD and some will take 63 INR or 62 INR likewise. Is Niyo global providing good conversation exchange. Is the conversation rate on par or better or bad than cash exchange?

Its been 14 days i closed my fd and the amount has not even processed to my savings account. Now tomorrow i am planning to go to SBM bank which is located in bangalore.
