Have been doing your classes for a few weeks now and love them . I’m 61 and have some arthritis in my right wrist so always looking for modifications such as the plank on elbows which this class provided which was great. Your calm voice and excellent explanations for each exercise makes it an absolute pleasure to get out of bed in the early morning which gives me a great start to the day. Thank you!

I am sorry the full series is not here on YT. Unfortunately, contrary to common beliefs, YT does not pay very well to the creator and as a lot of time and work goes into producing this, and it's only myself and my son (13) doing everything, we had to try something else. With the discount it is £15.99 for 5 weeks (7-days free first) access to not only the advent calendar but all other videos on the platform, too - I think this is great value. Hope you understand. 🙏
