Numbskulls are a gang in The Pits The Pits are also lawless and full of gangs/whatever... while it says The Pits are pretty much underground... idk maybe there's a colloseum around there, would make sencse for the Death Match to take place in a lawless area. I know Outsiders is kinda set in The Pits - but The Savage Lands reads are a dense widlerness with exploration/trading camps all along the outskirts.. and a lot of patrolling knights/hunters/foragers/etc.
