Love this build
Great job again Anthony!! You explain everything so well! 👍🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very nice work Anthony Coming along nicely
Love this build! Nice score on the hitch
This is so amazing to watch. You have transformed something that the next guy would call scrap. I am loving this build.
So you can put a round tube in a square hole! Lol looking good!
Haha You reminded me of this video. czcams.com/video/Nz8ssH7LiB0/video.htmlsi=yOSQxxcpXOKWF8C6
@HardCoreFab lol that's a epp epic video right there! Lol
Coming along.
Loving the build. I always wanted to build something like this only with a old semi cab like a old needle nose for a dailly lol. cant wait to see it finished.
Yeah I would love to do an old Pete or Kenworth. Maybe someday we'll get lucky!
Another great video 👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it
man that thing is looking good man...coming together!
Thanks man!
Have a happy 4th of July!!🎉🎉
Happy 4th to you too Shane!
A deal is a deal !
TRUE!
I love what you are doing to this ride!
Glad you like it! I can't wait to drive it!
@@HardCoreFab Well I may have to drive out to see you two and this badass rig!
that is going to be a cool ride
Thanks man!
@@HardCoreFab your welcome
only thing i would change is i would center the joint in the tubing and taper both sides i just think would look more uniforme. great video thanks for sharing
Yes, and then the square tubing wouldn't have any tendency to twist. Hope not anyway...
Fair enough but I will be bolting it to the bracket with one tab that is off the side of the chassis and with one tab off the bottom of the frame rail. If you center it now the trailing arm will hang out pass the side of the chassis. I thought it would look cleaner to flush it up. I guess I could weld down both sides of the bung on the inside of the tube if I did it your way. Hmm Can't work on it today any more anyway with all the 4th stuff going on so I'll give it some more thought.
Love this!!
I can see that rat rod build off your building never gone to be down in two months
Your starting to sound like my wife. LOL
Hey could you make a bracket for the fenders on the frame, but then a slide rod on the axle so the fenders would be over the tires no matter if it is lowered or not. Just a thought. Can’t wait to see finished product!
That is a thought
Looks good! Are you going to box the inside of the frame? I think you have created a weak spot where you squared off the frame for the bag mount, I boxed my P30 camper chassis to make it strong enough to tow with
It's all welded back together and the frame is doubled up in that area as well so it's over a 1/2 think in that spot. I'm not scared of it all all! Also if I box it there I wouldn't be able to unbolt the bag mount if needed
Your truck is going to be awesome are you still working on the chopped Chevy I liked the headlights and the chop just wanted to see if we were going to see more of it love the show thanks
@@CliffordUusma yes probably see a video on it in a couple of weeks
Loving this build! Im looking at doing something similar with either a '64 Ford T850 or a '55 model B Mack. Or both. I've been struggling to find a good good front suspension that is wide enough to fill the fenders and not deal with air brakes etc. Now if I can just get over the hangup of sliding a GM chassis under a Ford truck...
@RacelifeCo I won't tell anyone! LOL
SFSG 👍
Fenders need to be attached to the frame, they should NOT be unsprung weight. Also; done properly, a bridge in the frame is stronger than the rest of the frame, and a great spot for a hitch mount.
Hello Anthony pout square solid bar in to your arms drill and tap it it will be stronger . But you might of thought of it if so sorry 👍
It would be an option but it's an odd size on the inside. The bar would have to be 1 9/16 x 2 9/16
😎💯
That's a better video
Are you going to box frame 5th wheel back ? And beef up the crossmembers in frame east west
Like I said in the video the frame is already 2 layers thick making it over a 1/2 inch so it should be ok I would think.
What is the original Wheelbase , before cutting ? Thanks
Wheelbase is right at 15 feet. I haven't changed that. Over all it was 30 or 32 feet original.
I'm new to the video, from what I've done shouldn't the air bag be compressed to it thinest size. Do like it
Yes compressed when setting up the truck at full drop. On the rear I am using bags that are from a semi so a bit different then what you normally see. They are 8inches tall when compressed.
Doesn't the diameter of the air bag enlarge when under load? Do you have enough room from the bag to the notch, so they wont touch when bouncing down the road?
Yeah we're good!
Hi there where do you get those big rod ends from?
They are actually something we usually sell on Ebay, I pulled the listing because we are getting low, and I wanted to be sure we had them for this build. If you tell me what you need, I can see if I can help you out. We won't restock them because the shipping on them has become outrageous
What she said. LOL
Is the hardcore fab going be cut out or you gonna cut it out of sheet metal and weld on top to give 3d look
I'm thinking the 3D look as of right now
I've always liked the 3d look myself
Love your builds and content. Please buy a microphone to clip to you shirt... your new shop is a giant echo chamber and your videos are hard to watch due to sound issues...
I have tried different ones and they have all sucked
They seem to pick up his beard rubbing on his shirt. Very annoying
Anthony, please don’t take this in a bad way I love your builds but I just have a hard time with all the talking , and I can hear you say then go erase where, If your not saying it your other fans are, so I guess I will have to will come back and see your reveal of your truck when your done, I do hope you win I watch a few other that are building for the prize but I like yours the best, Good luck will drop in time to time but will remove my self from the subscribe but will still buy your merchandise cause like I said I do enjoy your builds.
Thanks for the support and well wishes. I'm not really sure what would make the videos better for you. I know that when I don't explain things I have a bunch of people asking of info
How come you have not called me on that phone number I gave you???
I'm sorry I don't remember why I was supposed to call you

I'm sorry I guess I have missed a message where I was supposed to call you.
The CZcams studio makes it really hard to see comments after my first replay
