So he chose the best components and calculated the optimal airflow hull to nearly get 400 km/h on the speedometer. With just electric motors and LiPo you will not go very much faster, military budget can’t beat physics.

Well fastest rc car is 220mph and fastest drone is 250mph. Quite a big difference especially considering the drone is using 8.5kW to get to that speed and the car is using over 20kW.

That's really fast for prop driven like that. Now build conical shape covers for turbofans built inside of them. Similar to the engines of a jet. The funnel like shape similar to the propulsion jet of a watercraft moving fluid should give you more thrust. You'll hit 350 or 400. Of course you might have rules that say it has to operate as a drone it take off, and that could be a hindrance.
You could go faster if you installed a shell that goes around each motor. All that air is making the back drag so try to channel that air further behind the drone.
There is tech out there, for a car I think, that ensures that even with pull on a battery, it will always shut off completely so that it will always have enough to start the car. Having something like that, but for drones, so that when that last bit of juice is gone and it will drop from the sky, it has just enough reserved to activate a small chute, would be a great idea to reduce damage from power loss terminal velocity falls

Watch the episode on Tech Ingredients on how to make Propeller blades and watch a video on vacuum forming. In just a little more time you could make the body entirely out of carbon fiber. If you can 3d model and build a drone you can 100% make custom carbon fiber vacuum formed parts. If we’re talking world records, i would start building that body now so you can keep your record by the time next gen motors and batteries come out. Just from what I’ve seen there are many ways you can decrease weight and increase stability. Some people are better at specializing but really, it’s worth holding onto your record. Start 3d printing solely for aerodynamics. If you’ve got high speed motors and props you can make a a high speed wind tunnel. Maybe use some ai. You could use a hobby turbo jet and a long tube. Just keep designing and printing. Don’t worry about weight yet. You can print it a little smaller and then smooth it, fill it with concrete and coat it in thick resin and once you have a good shape, create a vacuum form, double sided using 3d prints then make those forms rigid with fiberglass in blocks of resin… wait. No, do that backwards. You need a strong positive buck and… yeah. If you watch that tech ingredients video you’ll be able to figure it out. You could even dimple it like a golf ball with a rounded drill bit. So many things you could try but don’t think you’re limited to 3d printing. You can absolutely make a composite. You could even make it unibody to reduce screw weight. Keep testing in a turbojet wind tunnel. I mean, someone is working on this right now. Keep your name at the top of the list! You can always add weight and if you’re too light that means you can place that weight anywhere on the drone for stability. You should be thinking about how to cool the body and props. Perhaps you could freeze the parts before take off or use water or something with high thermal mass as weight. I’ve got a lot of ideas. You should really be thinking about breaking your own record by A LOT. Because you beat the record with a 3d print. That probably was hard work for you at the time but to some of us it looks like you barely tried. Now protect your record dude! So many things you can do. So much room for improvement.
