Long distance is tough and also can be so rewarding to grow together, even if it’s apart. Teared up thinking about what long distance was like for me and my husband and I know the time where you get together will feel like the sweetest reward for the sacrifice ❤

Hi! I have a long distance marriage as well. I live in Athens, Greece and my husband on Santorini island, Greece. It’s challenging but you get to fulfill your dreams, your career goals, you remain kinda independent which is very important nowadays for a woman and you get to see your girlfriends as often as you wish. AND you don’t play housewife 24/7 with doing chores/cooking/cleaning etc😅. So, as you see, society might kinda condemn this, but there are a lot of benefits in it. PLUS you get to miss each other and not get bored by each other. I’ve been 7 years married and I don’t regret it as long as you put an effort to travel back and forth quite often😅
