I already hinted with my last Colorado videos that there were economical reasons. Living costs were reasons more than anything else. I would not move from Colorado if I were blessed with some fortunes. I loved the outdoor lives in Colorado so much. Secondly, I felt I should move to some warmer places due to stresses I was having in the winter of Colorado. I understood why senior people move to the warmer places like Florida or Arizona. Lastly but not the least, I felt some changes in my life will bring the excitements in life. I needed some spices in my later years when I get less active. Thank you for asking always.
You are extremely safe walking there. Even at night. All those homes have guns. Military grade guns in many cases. In general, the wider the streets, the nicer the neighborhood. These Americans don't walk if not necessary. Sadly, they would drive a car to the kitchen if they could get it inside.
