These are very fast elevators. This building stands at 447 ft tall, making it the second shortest building to have elevators that run 1000 FPM. Also I was not expecting to see Series 4 here

Series 4 existed since the early 90s, the wells fargo tower in Roanoke has series 4 luxuries from 1991.
