- Well here we are talking about Iron Man Armored Adventures again. While my last Iron Man video talked more about story and character, a few of you said you wanted to see me cover the different Iron Man armors of Armored Adventures. I thought this project would a shorter one, and as usual I underestimated my ambition. But I am very pleased to present to you: Every Iron Man Suit in Armored Adventures Explained.

So happy people are still talking about this show. I personally love the appearance of the Iron Man armour MK II with it's triangular arc reactor and metallic shine. The design is perfectly minimalistic while having a classic vibe as well. I also love the design of Pepper's Rescue armor as in the show it is mentioned to be another version of the stealth armor, and it looks sleek, fast, and just pops. One more armor I want to gush about is the Hulkbuster armor. It looks so beefy, tough, and industrial. The only thing I didn't like about it in the show was that it often didn't feel as though it had any weight as it was always tossed around when fighting the Hulk as well as Iron Monger. Nonetheless, love the armor designs of this show and really wish we can see them again in some form of new toys or even a revitalization of the show
I appreciate that you voiced your thoughts on them! Yeah it is a shame they didn't get a whole lot of merchandise for this show, they would've made great toys.
while we saw her wearing mark 42 in the last iron man film. we sadly didn't see her suit up in end game but the look on Tony's face makes up for that. thank goodness we saw Pepper suit up as rescue in the tv series.
I'd cry at a Marvel Legends of the Space Armor, even moreso if they gave us a 7 inch Mandarin with different hands for different parts of the show with different numbers of rings

@@BovineDesigns I was pretty young watching it then, so I didn't pick up on the finer details, but the fact that they were there made It really fun as a kid. No one else I knew watched it, so it was kind of this thing that I could just enjoy without feeling like I only did because it was popular.

To be fair, it's also the FIRST Iron Man 2099. the other one is an extremely recent example. A major element of 90's 2099 stuff was NOT covering old ground but trying to do new things with the characters. It's why their versions of the hulk and ghost rider were quite imaginative.

Pepper getting the Rescue armour here felt way more earned and justified than MCU Pepper getting it in Endgame
Oh 100% agree, not to mention considering how much Pepper hated the suits as shown in Iron Man 3
@@BovineDesigns To be fair, between Iron-Man 3 and Endgame it seems she came to accept the suits as part of Tony, and it makes sense that Pepper would inevitably get a suit considering she's what really matters to him and is a large part in why he remains Iron Man.

My favorite suit is the Space armor one, Imagined that you get to explored space, and see all the stars, planets and etc. But I'm glad that people are talking about this show more, thanks for that mate.

Unlike in the movies, I love how Tony uses his past suits such as if he needs to be stealthy he uses the stealth suit instead of making a new suit with that ability.
I appreciate it too, it's nice to have variety on screen.
I really hope you cover the armors of the villains. The Titanium Man armor design from this series is my favorite Iron Man-esque armor design of all times, having a great color scheme, cool weapons, and a design that hits the sweet spot between cool and menacing.
I will eventually, that one is one my favorites, it looks like Elites from Halo.
Each armor holds a special place in my heart, given this was the show that got me into Iron Man as a whole, but my personal fave is the Space Armor.
I dunno, black and gold, the lack of a mouth slit and the additional boosters on the back and calves is just to cool.
Gotta agree, especially the color scheme. That's why the Marvel NOW suit is 😌👌

I missed it during the premier but the Silver Centurion has a very high probability of being my favorite Iron Man armor as well! Its color scheme is just so unique after you've gotten used to the Gold and Red and dear lord, those shoulder pads are the stuff of heroic legend! I wish the animated series stuck more closely to the actual designs we see in the comics, but I'll take what I can get.
And that name is just fantastic, the Silver Centurion! It's an alliterative masterpeice and sounds like the very name is slicing the air when you say it!
The shoulders definitely make it stand apart from the rest 😁 I do appreciate that it had the Saiyan shoulder armor in Iron Man 3... even though we saw it for like 2 seconds before it was sliced in half.

I honestly perfer the red and gold colour scheme because the mark 33 just never sat well with me personally. The red and gold colour scheme is just... well, iconic. It can't really be replaced.
The 2099 ironman armor was badass
It really was 😁 I've yet to see anything quite like it even in the comics.
It definitely feels like the culmination of almost 100 years of advancing and improving an iron man armor, which is one of the best aspects of the iron man character imo.
I find it funny that in the Comics Tony still has not reached that level fully. Like he has the Virtual Armor but understandably after essentially another version of Armor Wars it makes sense why he's been going Old School. I think the Virtual Armor is the closest we have to the 2099 one in the comics.
Sadly I didn't much care for the person wearing the Hyperpulse Mark 9
Those who make the 2099 series really need to re-think the costume design for the Marvel heros. If it came from the future, at least make design that say "tecno advence" and/or "we have gone to the dark side" without making the outfit look goofy

Yeah a friend of mine said she wanted to see Whitney join the team. I think they could've worked with the mask have injured her and given her more of an Oracle roll in the show.
I'm mad that they never continued with a 3rd season or even a 4th, there's so much material and the characters were a lot more relatable than the usual marvel hero's bar spiderman
Can’t say I disagree. We still need closure for Captain America and Madam Mask/Whitney. Also they imply in the series that Spiderman does exist in this universe. So yeah, definitely a fair amount of material to work with.

i'm so glad people are talking about this show again. when it aired on Nicktoons i would always go downstairs with a couple of blankets to watch it. this show was a MASTERPIECE, at least back then. our childhoods were truly amazing.

@@BovineDesigns As Team Iron Man's identities were exposed to the public at the end of the show, it would have been interesting to see how they handle their lives while being superheroes.
That would've been cool! Tbh considering how they basically wrapped up their lives as teens I would be down for a time skip to their mid 20's
This not only would've been an epic idea, but it could show better progression as well. Like if they thaw Captain America, if they create the Avengers after the Makluan invasion, if Gene would redeem himself becoming a hero, or if he'd stay a villain and Tony's nemesis. Not to mention Tony and Pepper's relationship being explored.

Any villain that stood out to you from the others?
This was the show that introduced iron man to me. Still love it. Speaking of armors I loved everyone of those. Specifically I really loved the Mk ll and the Hulkbuster. Thanks a lot for making this video man!! You have to make another video.

The Ginyu Force's theme is ODDLY fitting for the Guardsman lol
My favorite suit has got to be the space suit, especially because of it's design and speed

I would've also enjoyed seeing more Marvel characters (like Spiderman) along with seeing how the show would've tackled other aspects and stories involving Iron Man
And Gene, I was REALLY interested in seeing what they would've done with him
Same, I really wanted to see Pepper mature and learn to take things more seriously. Gene growing as well, we've never seen a character quite like him in Marvel since. I'm positive they were gonna show Spidey at some point, they really liked teasing characters.
@@BovineDesigns I genuinely really enjoy Gene in this show. I just wish they did more with him, and allowed for him to be a proper Hero or Anti Hero. They seemed to always be fence sitting on whether he gets a Redemption Arc or not. Honestly he's kinda more similar to MCU Shang Chi and I like him.
I remember falling in love with this show not just of the teenage version but also of the armor design which inspired me to make my own version one day.... mostly the War machine, Rescue n the Silver Centurion

@@BovineDesigns yup...a future where iron man suit r use in All Terminal Land Air and Sea with a pinch of Extreme environments as a basis bcuz who doesn't want to go explore in a Power Suit that give u Javelin (Anthem), Iron Man n Kamen Rider like vibe
note: it will also be good bcuz I also want to install a memory chip so aside from making CZcams content it also help search n rescue to identify what happened to the *host/pilot (still working on how to call the user). Right after I figure out the power issue 😌

The animation style in this show was incredible
It's pretty good, some of the faces definitely could use some polish but for the most part they all look good.

Right? Especially with the advanced animation capabilities we have now. I like the original animation for sure because it’s so nostalgic and it works but just think of how it would look like
Yeah they could definitely improve it, but considering how the faces looked in What If I doubt they would put in the effort to make it look cutting edge.

I would really like too cover them 😁 they were amazing in this show. That video will be a heck of alot longer as there's ALOT of villains. It'll come after the EMH review (which'll take a while) when I do make it.

I'll give this show credit, it was trying something different. While the animation was a bit questionable and having Tony, Rhodey and Pepper in high school was a bit rubbish they at least tried to make the show exciting and it did have some very good episodes. The episodes with Jean Grey and the Hulk were probably some of the best in the series.
Glad you gave it a chance 😁 thankfully for the most part they don't focus on high school drama. Although one episode I did really like was with the Mad Thinker.
Holy crap. At 21:01, you just gave me a wave of nostalgia showing that last panel of Rescue. My mother was a pretty big Iron Man fan and also liked Rescue. She even had that picture of Rescue as her laptop background from so long ago.

I may be wrong but I think the Hulkbuster wasn't a unification of all the villain tech, but just a continuation of it's dubut episode's theme of Tony planning to reverse engineer and integrate his enemies weapon, with the Hulkbuster being a unification of the Crimson Dynamo Suit with Tony's Iron Man Tech.
It would've been interesting for them to pursue that storyline, of Tony going down a darker path like they teased at the end. A friend of mine suggested they should've made Mr Fix more of big bad, which i agree with. He could've been way scarier as an overarcing tech threat.
So glad to see more people talking about this show, it got me and my brother into superheroes, it basically made us who we are and not only are the suits so cool especially the MK 2 and I loved how basically all of them (similar to what MCU Tony does) were made to solve problems the MK 1 had problems with like the Stealth armor (my favorite of the alternate suits in the show) refined the stealth when the stealth devices before had shorted out the MK 1 and the space armor being made when the MK 1 couldn’t properly go out into space, the MK 2 being the best of all of them in that regard (now if only we could’ve seen more of the Silver Centurion), but I just see any of them especially the MK 1 and the nostalgia comes at me like a train
Thanks, I really got a kick out of this, because I wasn't able to see much of the show when it aired. It's the very versatility, and adaptability of his armors that made me a fan of Iron Man in the first place.

Something that I loved in Armored adventures were the conversations and little bits of dialogue. Captain America is talked about as a historical figure, multiple references to other heroes and hero teams are dropped like it’s nothing, and the idea of heroes is actually not new. It makes the world feel lived in. Also I like how their version of Wankadans don’t have that obvious superiority complex that I can’t stand in the MCU.
I absolutely love the Captain America bits too, especially how he's talked about in their history books. Stuff like that adds so much to the worldbuilding.
I love the mark 2 design, it looks simple and slick.
Fun fact, Force in the comics once became a security guard and a good guy. Iron man then entrusted him to use a model of the Stealth armor to help him out one time.

Growing up I was always only a spiderman fan but the one thing I will always remember about this show was its awesome theme song
This show was very dear to young teenage me.
At the time the first MCU Ironman movie released I had a rapid growing obsession with the Marvel Hero Iron Man. I remember delving into his lore and learning about his villains and, of course, his high tech armors. What I loved about this show so much is how they paid homage to Ironman's original comics and made it their own in this show. Not just the armors, but the villains and characters as well. Truly a unique gem of the late 2000s for die hard Shell Head fans.
Thanks for making this video and talking about such an underrated show. It really did Iron man's lore justice in a very unique and fun way.

I personally liked the Hulkbuster suit the most out of all the suits.
It shows a mix of sheer force and intelligence, as it's one of Tony's more powerful suits thanks to a far larger build than his other armours and more advanced weaponry. On top of that, it's Tony's response to "fighting fire with fire", as the advancement and abduction of enemy tech was the reason this suit was even made. The Hulkbuster's fights are all amazing, especially with the Crimson Dynamo and Titanium Man. I only wished it could have more prominent appearances and more confrontations with Titanium Man.
That would've been awesome, the Crimson Dynamo mech is up there as one of my favorites designs so that fight was 👌 it was hilarious seeing Tony beat the hell out of Titanium man in the Hulkbuster though

Dude this was an awesome vid, and frankly, War Machine and Rescue will always be my favorite armors because they are the two people closest to Tony's heart. His best friend James Rhodes and his lover (Let's remember they got together at the end of Armored Adventures) Pepper Potts. Plus the most wholesome thing in that series... We still had Howard.
It was nice to see Howard actually being a caring father. I appreciated how the parents of the show acted realistically instead of being incompetent like so many works of fiction.

I used to watch a lot of superhero cartoons when I was young, and there were 3 channels that I watched the most:
Nicktoons, which had Iron Man: Armored Adventures, Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes, and Wolverine and the X-Men
Cartoon Network, which had Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and Young Justice
And Disney XD, which had The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes!, and Ultimate Spider-Man
I also watched re runs of Spider-Man: The Animated Series and Iron Man: The Animated Series on Jetix and re runs of Teen Titans on Cartoon Network

Space armour but as a child it was the stealth armour.

One of the best shows of all time in my opinion
With the exception of the MCU Iron Patriot armors, this show had my favorite War Machine design.
Darn I love this show so much I happy you talking about it more in details this show means alot to me it one my favorite marvel shows and I happy that people are still talking about it. (When I hear Ironman armored adventures theme playing at begin in background and ending of this video I felt like I get by train of nostalgia)

My favorite armor is it's tied between mark 2 and hyper pulse armor (yeah simple person) because it was such a upgrade big upgrade for tony it more weapons more tools from other armor's it alot more details then is it mark 1 with extremis adding to it was cool and being able control technology with his mind is great.
The hyper pulse armor I love the way it looks that shows like it's out of this world I love in the first encounter though that Andros stark outclassed him so much that Tony and pepper went back to the armory hide for little bit of episode. (I like the other suits too)
but yeah the show may not be perfect but I still love it the way it is but that it from me have good day Bovine keep doing the good work.

I'd love to see more content on this underrated classic. My favorite marvel cartoons are Avengers EMH, Spiderman and Xmen TAS, Spectacular Spiderman, Xmen Evolution and this show. Wolverine and the Xmen is good too and Ultimate Spiderman, Avengers Assemble, both Hulk shows, FF, SS and IM TAS are the next tier or 2 down.
I'd like to get to several of those shows someday 😁 Gotta get EMH done first though, and it's a big project

Oooh now there would be a cool fight! I'm pretty sure Tony would win in that scenario because as powerful as Andros is, he was still able to be defeated by Tony's intellect. He even says that future Tony is responsible for making the Hyperpulse MK9.
@@BovineDesigns well the superior Iron Man suit/Endo-Sym armor was based off of symbiote biology and it was shown that it can create tentacles that can find the source of code inside Tech so I think at most Andros could stall him temporarily

It's such a shame that Iron Man Armored Adventures was canceled after Season 2. I would've loved to see what type of Iron Man suits Tony would've made if they had another season.

@@BovineDesigns it’s actually how relatable tony and his friend are, how highly staked each episode is, the healthy relationship with tony and pepper, and it’s introduction of many characters from the comics those are some of my favorite reasons

Honestly amazing I would say the force shockwave and fire power armours due to how much it reminds me of power rangers/super sentai along with the hyperpulse armour due to its more simple designs and all the energy going around it have to be my favourite from the show the problem I have with iron man suits is colour schemes I wish they did go for more colourful schemes and thankfully that's what the show does
Also I love how you mostly used megaman x covers for each armour except for force shockwave and fire power
Agreed, the Guardsmen armors rock. Firepower's color scheme fits so perfectly for the Hulkbuster. I'm glad you noticed the music 😁 they're really good covers I'll put up links eventually
