Fill a small tub or wash basin with vinegar and soak the bottom of the tower in it for 4hrs to breakdown the rust, then use fine steel wool/sandpaper or a Scotch Brite pad to remove all the rust. use a air dryer to dry the chassis so rust does not reform. Once dry hit the rust and deep scratches with primer paint to fill in the rust and scratches, then sand and paint. You will get better results with less effort and almost as cheap. The primer will fill in the defects in the metal from rust and exterior scratches. PS, you dont have to primer everything, just the scratches and rust and use the sandpaper, steel wool or a scotch Brite pad to blend in the defects so they dont show through the new pant. Use a plastic tub with a lid for the vinegar, then you can reuse it several times. Take care.

It Looks Even Nicer If You Put Black Paint In The PC 😮
But Is The Case Lost The Side Panel Case?

@@Macsneese2345 you right it’s required to install extra fan in back of panel .
The fan stops working maybe because of shorting issue or over voltage

      @@paramcomputers007 Yes It Is.
It's Like 3-4 Of Them Stopped Working, 1 Still Working But Sometimes Stops...
I Think Something Is Over Voltage In The Fan Or Its The Board Problem...

And The PC That Always Makes Problem Is HP Compaq 8100 Elite CMT PC (My Recent PC)
