Hi Leonardo! It all depends really… Sometimes it’s 20+ rounds, other weeks it can be less than 10.
In training camp I usually spar 2-3 days a week. 🥊

How do I improve my shoulders? My shoulders always get tired around the third round and it gets hard to throw hard punches and more importantly fast punches especially the jab.

I got a question for you Frankie… When you started boxing, were you really bad? From when you first started how long did it take you to actually become good? I know it comes with time but I’m just curious. I kickboxing but I’m also boxing as well to help me with my kickboxing in the long run. How did you limit yourself from getting discouraged when it comes to technical things, your sparring videos and just overall the boxing game?
I was terrible when I started. Would curl up into a ball in the corner and let them hit on me. Over time, I studied the art harder than anyone. Then I became better than the people that would beat on me in the corner.
