- Geno Bonnalie is Joel Dahmen's longtime, beloved caddie. The two fan favorites have said they're like a married couple. But their origin story? That includes an epic player-caddie confrontation, which you can watch in this video (it gets good at 2:04).
Geno and Joel are also among the stars of Netflix's new show, 'Full Swing.' He joined the Drop Zone podcast (link below) to talk through becoming a TV star plus what life is actually like on the bag for Joel.
Listen to the rest of the pod (below) to hear what he wishes Netflix hadn't cut and nerd out while he goes deep in comparing notes with Sean, who caddied for Joel one week on the PGA Tour while Geno was home. You'll learn something new in this episode - that's a Drop Zone guarantee!

Joel and his Caddie were the best episode on Full Swing.
Joel and Geno are great. Love these insights and stories from Geno's perspective.
Best caddy ever I swear. He reminds me of Daniel Tosh maybe the way he talks or sounds but good vibe’s definitely
This is not just a caddie/player, i look at them as a couple, in a good way... The maner they can get each other in balance is epic! Good words can bring anyone down to earth, no matter how angry you get sometimes. It shows that you have be an incredible human being to be at this guys level. Thanks for sharing such an amazing story
hes literally Daniel Tosh as a caddie. i love it!
This guy is good, gonna try to find more vids of him telling stories.
LMAO, ya'll are so ready to indict Joel off of one story. They are childhood friends. They know their dynamic. It's not your place to comment.
Love those two, such a great team.
More Full Swing exclusives please 🙏
I love how he refers to himself and Joel as we or us. Really shows how much of a team they are
A very good man. Both of them are very good men.
hell yes
This is such a mental conversation. “If you would have let me treat you like that I would have lost so much respect for you.” Dude is completely off his rocker, only person you can lose respect for over your bad behavior is yourself.
Ah father and son stories.
Why does Geno sound like 2006 Dane Cook?
If will Farrell was a caddy. Sounds a lot like him
Is he legit wearing his left sock on his right foot?
My wife and I loved the Joel episode. I love his attitude. So nice to see someone that’s not pure arrogance all the time.
Fred Couples is proving himself to be a real TOOL.
Y'all realize you went the entire interview and didn't identify the golfer? I follow golf, have for decades. I didn't recognize him.
