  • Geno Bonnalie is Joel Dahmen's longtime, beloved caddie. The two fan favorites have said they're like a married couple. But their origin story? That includes an epic player-caddie confrontation, which you can watch in this video (it gets good at 2:04).
Geno and Joel are also among the stars of Netflix's new show, 'Full Swing.' He joined the Drop Zone podcast (link below) to talk through becoming a TV star plus what life is actually like on the bag for Joel.
Listen to the rest of the pod (below) to hear what he wishes Netflix hadn't cut and nerd out while he goes deep in comparing notes with Sean, who caddied for Joel one week on the PGA Tour while Geno was home. You'll learn something new in this episode - that's a Drop Zone guarantee!

This is not just a caddie/player, i look at them as a couple, in a good way... The maner they can get each other in balance is epic! Good words can bring anyone down to earth, no matter how angry you get sometimes. It shows that you have be an incredible human being to be at this guys level. Thanks for sharing such an amazing story

LMAO, ya'll are so ready to indict Joel off of one story. They are childhood friends. They know their dynamic. It's not your place to comment.

This is such a mental conversation. “If you would have let me treat you like that I would have lost so much respect for you.” Dude is completely off his rocker, only person you can lose respect for over your bad behavior is yourself.

My wife and I loved the Joel episode. I love his attitude. So nice to see someone that’s not pure arrogance all the time.

Y'all realize you went the entire interview and didn't identify the golfer? I follow golf, have for decades. I didn't recognize him.
