    Great job ,what a nice flying plane handled the wind well,for the money you can't beat Dynam planes

      I agree. They have an excellent value proposition. The new Skylord ESCs took care of the biggest issue with their planes. Simply put: The FW190 is just excellent.

    The jerries didn`t paint their propeller tips yellow, mostly just USAF & RAF.

    But with your theory of leaving the gear down, wouldn't that create some drag that you wouldn't have with them up, which may change the overall flight characteristics? Seems odd.

    • @RCVideoReviews
      @RCVideoReviews  Před 3 lety

      I'm not worried about drag on a maiden. For me, maidens are simply to prove the aircraft and make sure the plane flies. All airplanes should be able to fly fine with gear down although yes, they will be a little more draggy.

    Dynam rc planes are great,, but I always change the retracts for some that work every time.

    Nice review why did you leave the main gear down?

    • @RCVideoReviews
      @RCVideoReviews  Před 4 lety

      I always leave gear down on maiden flights. There's always enough that can go wrong on a maiden without adding the question of whether or not the gear will work if landing because immediately necessary.
      So for maidens, I leave gear down, flaps up, a few circuits to trim and verify straight and level flight capabilities. A couple of approaches if necessary and land.
      Then a fairly thorough inspection to verify things like control rod connections, servo mounts, control surfaces, motor mount, wing joints, tail feather security, hinge points, landing gear.
      THEN as long as I feel good with the basic flight performance (balance and straight+level) I fly it using all the capabilities.

      @@rc-fannl7364 I looked at it today. It would probably cause too much damage to the wing tips to try and fix, so I'm just going to live with it that way. I'll see how many other people catch it.
      I checked the Waco and its lights are correct. Good eye in any case :)

    • @RCVideoReviews
      @RCVideoReviews  Před 3 lety

      It does. I leave retracts and flaps alone on maidens. That way if I have to get down in a hurry, I have one less thing to worry about. This strategy has paid off for me more than once.

      This is one of the easiest warbirds I've ever flown. Ground handling is very easy going and the plane is very responsive. If you're an intermediate flyer, you won't have any problems with this plane.

    bonjour, j'ai cet appareil depuis 1 an et je vole régulièrement avec, s'il est vrai qu'il est simple a piloter et ne pose aucun problème en vol, c'est totalement diffèrent lors des décollages et atterrissages, en effet son train est trop faible et ou aurait nécessité des amortisseurs car en dehors du fait qu'il se déforme après quelques atterrissage il fini par traverser l'aile, évidemment, inutile d'essayer de décoller ou d'atterrir sur de l'herbe, il fini systématiquement sur le nez avec plus ou moins de casse d'hélice, cela va de soi. personnellement j'ai changé le train d'atterrissage pour un modèle avec amortisseur et plus résistant, bien sur le cg a changer, mais de peu 78mm au lieu de 75mm, c'est compensable! reste a le tester en vol car je pense qu'il va manquer de puissance vu que j'ai modifié son poids, mais je vous raconterai cela plus tard. pour terminer, je ne suis pas fan de dynam, cela manque de qualité matériel mais on ne peu tout avoir n'est ce pas? qualité matériel ou prix il faut choisr.

    • @RCVideoReviews
      @RCVideoReviews  Před 3 lety

      Dynam est définitivement un compromis entre le prix et la qualité. Leurs avions ont tendance à bien voler une fois que vous les alimentez correctement. Les trains d'atterrissage sont généralement une faiblesse. Bonne chance avec vos modifications.
