  • Training in rough conditions is the best way to master your gear! A 5-8m/s side wind and rain, put you in the right mood to ding some steel.
    That's definitely a job for the Tikka T3x TACT A1!

    I have one in 6.5CM and it is very accurate at 1,000yd. Will try further soon. This riffle has improved my shooting considerably & therefore increased my enjoyment too. A great piece of kit. Mind you I do not look as tough as the shooter in the video!

    • @TrailerYacht
      @TrailerYacht Před 7 měsíci

      The 260 rem is "old fashioned" or something. I'm looking for a 24" barrel left-handed TAC-A1 in 260 rem for the same reason as you. If it's not the 6.5 man-bun it's just no good ! Funny how the 260 rem, 6.5 x 55 & "6.5 man-bun" offer practically identical ballistics. Unless you're an Olympic-level marksman, I very much doubt the average shooter using the exact same rifle in the different chamberings would notice the slightest real-world difference. 😛

    I have always thought that it was called TIkka T3X TAC A1. This is a new video this yr so have they changed the name to TACT or is this a new rifle with a similar name? If it is a new rifle, it looks exactly like the Tac A1.

      Why the name change? Now the name makes it look like it is more tactical instead of being a TAC driver.
      They are wanting to look business in Canada by having that put on the ban list?? I don't believe that the name change is a good idea!

      I own one in 6.5cm. It's a bench gun for sure. Dead accurate and my favorite tactical rifle. But with decent glass amd bipod its very heavy. I wouldn't want to lug this around for hunting. The Tikka CTR would be a better option IMO if that's your focus.

      I hate race baiting American advertising as much as anyone....but who cares, tikka like glock, the Ak and hk mp5 is an international product used by many different people. When your product becomes the cream of the crop, it transcends national identity in a way. When you think about these products, I mentioned there are many different images that pop into your head. When I think ak the first thing that pops into my head is usually some guy in man jams squatting and shooting one over his head, or a Midwestern farm boy blasting trash on his farm. The glock I certainly don't think of Austria when I see one I think of a cop or some homie holding it sideways. The tikka I think of an American hunter or Canadian Ranger. They are advertising to everyone because their product is used so widely.

    • @BFVsnypEz
      @BFVsnypEz Před 3 měsíci +2

      @@Alex76254R nevertheless, a colored man is not the audience nor the customer, I think this method could work to advertise for Glock maybe, but the fact is, I have never seen a person of color carrying a hunting rifle. Let alone they found the only one available in all of Finland in order to make this advertisement.
