      Why doesn't Hudson try the country diet while Brandon tries the city diet. By country diet, I mean foods that are grown in the farm and by city diet, I mean the foods that are not grown in farms (In California and Oregon)

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me czcams.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    I happened to do a shoulder workout today and i found that starting my exercises with resistance band exercise gets my muscles ready properly. I didnt feel too much strain from range of motion or shoulder grinding. It is worth a try.

    Literally the video I wanted to see right now. I dropped to a low body fat, at some point I lost my shoulders fat, and they look small. I only have dumbbells at home XD

    So when I've finished this phase what would you guys reccomend I do next? Should I just continue to cycle thru the last phase and keep adding more weight? I only have dumbbells so I cant go on to any of your guys other plans

    I throw a little calf raise in with the shrug just for the double burn and because my calves are a disgrace 🤣🤣🤣

    I have been doing a lot of these (minus the shrugs), but my issue is that my traps are growing, and my shoulders are not. 😒 I went back to lighter weights to try to concentrate on shoulders only and keep the traps from picking up the extra work getting the movement going. Any other suggestions?
