Ive been tuning into your streams when you go live (sorry im a lurker), and you've relit the fire under my shoes to start grinding CS again and have been having a blast. Ive been using the same 144hz monitor since the early seasons of fortnite and i know that monitor is quite a few steps up, but i know for a fact i would enjoy the shit out of it. Been watching since NY house and don’t really leave comments but I thought I’d leave one here. I went through some huge health problems not so long ago, things weren’t looking good for me, I’m better now but still recovering, during that I had moved rooms, and as a project I wanted to build a gaming setup with the help of my dad. My dad was very recently diagnosed with lung cancer and due to treatment he hasn’t been able to work on the setup with me, and it’s something we’ve always loved doing as it’s a way we like to spend time together and so I’ve had to take it on myself. By no means are we unable to afford anything but having a new monitor would help with getting this setup to where we want it, and something that would make me and my dad really happy. As always love the content, W vid and stay healthy king 🙏❤️

Really appreciate this video dude. It’s been like 5 years now (started at 19 and i’m now almost 25) that i’ve been comparing my hair to other peoples and obsessively taking photos of it. My hairline hasn’t receded much, but the entire top of my head is thinning and it’s ruined my life because of how obsessive I am about it. Just started finasteride 5 days ago, i’m cutting the pills in half and taking 0.5mg. Hoping for results. Lost eveything because of my hair, I became a very angry and sad person and pushed my girlfriend out of my life because of my insecurity and fear.
It’s nice to see you talk about this because people who don’t understand just how bad balding can fuck with your head.

i started balding at 14, my genetics are the same as yours. my dad is bald, all 6 of my uncles are as well. i tried all the topical and oral treatments for a couple years and they do work but i just got tired of the whole routine tbh. i shave it completely bald now

i got my hair transplant in turkey in january and I highly recommend It for anyone with hair loss. Its a lot cheaper its 4-5k including plane ticket hotel and transportation which is all included except the plane ticket. the whole thing was a 3 day trip and it was super easy. i even went by myself and had no issues. if anyone has questions about let me know!. its been almost 6 months and my hair is looking way better already and the full result come around 12 - 18 months.

@@sweeptheleg3097 its bad im not even gonna lie that was probably the worst pain I have experienced but you just gotta deal with it for 10 minutes then the rest of the procedure is smooth sailing. you can even ask for a xanax and they will giver it to you lol to calm the nerves
I am fascinated how white people do their hair. As a black woman, we do a lot of those things just to keep our hair healthy. I only wash my hair every 3 to 4 weeks. Argan oil, coconut oil. castor oil are a MUST! My hair only air dries cuz its super short. Never lay my head on a pillow without a bonnet since regular pillow cases eat my hair (break it up, chew it out).

Do blood work first prior to finasteride. Yes, shampoos do matter, but keep in mind different people, different scalps, and different frequencies are required. Some have less oily and more oily scalps, and some people have other issues like dermatitis on their scalp which requires shampoos with Ketoconazole and other seed oils daily to avoid the bruising feeling. Also, foam is less aggressive on the scalp and causes less drying out than the liquid bottle for minoxidil, but foam is a bit more expensive and even more if you have thicker hair.
There will be initial shedding phases in the first 4-6 weeks where you will lose hair before you gain with minoxidil. I also recommend getting a motorized dermapen and not using the roller because the roller can damage the scalp with the way it rolls, creating a triangular puncture instead of going directly up and down with the needles. You also want to build up the tolerance to go to 1.5mm depth to stimulate a collagen response, but 0.5mm is still good for aiding absorption. Also, a scalp massager is not really to do with blood flow like people say. The benefit of the silicone massager is to clear your scalp from dead skin to allow for better absorption of your shampoo and for minoxidil or essential oils like rosemary mixed with a carrier oil like castor or jojoba oil. It's also important to note that you can't really mix topical minoxidil with oil on your scalp, but you can try having a few days a month where you use the oils if you wish to.
Hair loss in your early twenties is stressful but can be overcome. Good luck.

One thing to look into is vitamin/mineral deficiencies.
I started losing hair in early 20s, even though no one in my family has balding issues. Even my grandfather has full head of hair. So I was like wtf.
Turns out I was very deficient in iron. Not anemic, but iron deficiency without anemia.
(Normal iron levels and haemoglobin, but very low ferritin)
I had very low ferritin for years, which caused my balding. After restoring them, about 4-6 months later, my hair regrew, and is fuller than it was in my teens.
